I'll fly AA24 sfo-jfk. It is scheduled to land 3.40 at Terminal 8. I'll then continue to hel with AY6 (Finnair). It departs 5.40 also from Terminal 8. Any tips how to get to the Finnair flight on time?

Rome-NY-Seattle
Hi,
I am coming from Rome (w Alitali) to NY JFK. And my next fligt is to Seattle(with Delta). And there is 1 hour 50 min between my arrival and Departure to the Seattle.
What you think; is it possible to enough for passport control and catch for my Seattle flight.
Also; do I have to check my baggage in NY( before or after passport control? )

If your first segment of flight from Rome to JFK won't be late, it is possible to get there on time... usually on non-us citizens customs are large rows, so you should kindly ask staff if they will not let you go through straight to officer :) I think 1:50 is enough time. Queue on customs is cca 30-50 mins when crowded.

My son is arriving at 9.50 pm from Baltimore, on the 08/10/11, to catch a flight next day from JFK to London Heathrow. Is there a suitable area for him to wait in overnight.

I have a flight arriving at JFK at 6:00am with Air India. I am about to book a flight for the same day from JFK at 8:20am with Delta. I understand this will mean a change of terminals. Given there are no significant delays, will this two hours and twenty minutes be enough time to get the next flight?
Transit visa?
We are scheduled to land at JFK on June 27 from South Africa and depart immediately on a connecting flight to Canada. My daughter has a Tanzanian passport, does she need a transit visa for the US? Can we get this at the airport, or do we need to get it before we leave home?
question about medication and vitamins?
I was wondering, can I put my medication and loose vitamins in a plastic ziploc and put it in my carry on? Or does all vitamins need to be in original packages, it is easier with them loose in a ziploc. But I don't want them to be thrown out
Also is it okay to put shampoo and other items like it, in numerous plastic bags with rubber bands to avoid spillage into my luggage ( clothing)that is checked on the plane. thanks

I need to wait for a friend of mine, who is also coming at the same JFK airport 2 hours later from Brussels. Terminal 8.
Is there a place , where i can wait for him, or a meeting point, after I leave from the Immigration check.
we won't have any Mobile phone communication , that's its a little difficult to stabilize the meeting point.

Transit between JFK and LGA
My family, a group of 5, will arrive JFK on 7am 23rd Aug, and connecting flight leaving LGA at 10am, we have 3 hours on transit. Is it enough? And what is the best transportation?

I have a 3 inch urn with some of my husbands remains in it to bring back to Ireland, where he was born. How should I handle this? I know I need the death certificate & cremation certificate, but how do I handle bringing the urn on board the plane? Should I put it in my luggage, or carry on? It's made of metal & tightly closed. Should I put it into another box? I will be flying out of JFK, Monday 7/25 Aer Lingus. Thank you.
