Taxi will cost $25-$30 and take 20-30 minutes depending on traffic. NYAirports shuttle bus is $13 and takes around 45 minutes.

Could you be so kind to advise - if there any chance to be in time. Flight from Moscow to JFK, Terminal 1 at 5pm
flight to Chicago JFK, Terminal 2 at 6:35pm
both bussiness class.
Do we have any chances? what is the shortest way to go from Terminal 1 to Terminal 3?

Thank you in advance,

Too close for comfort. You need to allow at least one hour to clear customs, then take any AirTrain on track 1 one stop to T2/3, then check-in/check bags with Delta if necessary, clear security and get to the gate. You may have a chance if customs is quicker, you don't have to check-in or re-check bags and the security line at Delta isn't too long. I'd suggest a later flight to Chicago.

I will be coming from DC into terminal 8 and on to Abu Dhabi via Etihad Airways terminal 4 . D o I have to collect my baggage and recheck it or will it go through directly from DC to Abu Dhabi?

Ask at DC check-in if your bags will be checked through, if not you will have to re-check at JFK.

It depends on whether the airline you are flying from DC to JFK has an interline baggage agreement with Etihad. If you contact the first airline, it should be able to advise you.

The checkpoint at terminal 8 has not been letting people pass for over an hour. Epic logjam.

I arrive at JFK Airport on 20 November and leave very early the next morning on the 6:30 a.m. flight for LAX. I would prefer not to venture out of the airpot - one - I am a Senior and the next morning I would have to leave the hotel, if I take one, by 4:00 a.m. and am a bit worried about travelling on my own in a taxi or shuttle. I am a meber of the Admirals Club but am told tht they close at a certain time. Since I would prefer to stay at the airport to catch my AA flight very early the next morning - I would appreciate any suggestions that you make make. Can I stay at the Airport: AND on what Level do I stay to board my AA flight next morning. I will have one suitcae and one carry-on to check in the next morning and do not want to do too much lugging around although the suitcase is not a large one? I wouold more than welcome any advice you give to me, I dont mind staying at the Aiport, Ihave my kindle, my IPAD and am pretty well set. My fear is I dont know New York very well and I feel more safe at the Airport and then I wont have the hustle of leaving so early the next morning.
Await your response.
Regards
Loraine

I believe that Terminal 4 at JFK stays open all night. (I'm not sure if Terminal 8 does -- perhaps AA can let you know.) You can get to and from Terminal 4 at no charge via the AirTrain.

As to your checked baggage, you might be able to check it all the way through to LAX from your originating city, depending on: 1) which airline you are flying to JFK; and 2) how long your connection is at JFK. (If the connection exceeds a certain number of hours, you will not be able to check it all the way through.) You can contact your first carrier to find out if the baggage can be checked through.

I'm flying in from Jetblue to terminal 5, meeting someone arriving 1 hour later at terminal 8. Is there a best place to meet in terminal 8 or beyond customs?

se per "il Memorial"'intendi il monumento delle torri gemelle, mettiti pure il cuore in pace. Tocca prenotare un sacco di tempo prima il PASS. cerca bene in internet...
Come tempo dovresti riuscirci tranquillamente.dovresti solo cambiare metro.
