Hello -

I have a passenger coming in to Term 3 at 4:50am. She will have to wait for the Livery Driver until approx 8am. Is there someplace she can safely relax/rest/spend this time without going to a hotel?

We are trying to track down a passenger who arrived from Port of Spain on 28 Jan. He was due to connect onward from JFK to Frankfurt on LH401, and onto Split(Croatia) that same day. He missed those flights, was reprotected onto same flights on 29 Jan but these were also missed. We are having major difficulty in getting in touch with this passenger - can you please put an all terminal call out for him to call either his employers, or ourselves - ATPI Travel, London, 44 207 111 8930.

I picked him up at lower level arrival area. Where does he go in relation to the arival area to check in for departure?

I have an international flight tomorrow. Can you tell me how I can get from Terminal 3 to TM1 for Morocco. Is TM1 the gate number? I will be arriving from Atlanta and have a 3 hr 40 min layover at JFK. I just want to be sure to have enough time for international flight. Thank you.

It's impossible to find out when terminal 7 is open for a 6 A.M. flight, I've been all over the web. Does anyone know what the operating hours of this terminal are? You would think this would be the easiest thing to find in the world, but no, apparently it's a secret!

My son is flying from ORD arriving at JFK on AA 572 @4:10pm connecting to LY O2 at 6pm. Will he have enough time to get through security/passport control and will AA let him check his bags through even though they are two separate tickets. I ask because sometimes AA says yes and then at the airport they say no. Thank you!

I will be flying on a Lan Airlines ticket Toronto to Santiago Chile with a connection at JFK. The flight to JFK is operated by AA. I will clear American customs in Toronto and bags will be ticketed through to Santiago, Chile. What is the minimum connection time I will need to change planes at JFK_

My son is flying from Ireland to JFK, arriving 6:20 pm and is considering flying Delta to Washington at 8:40. Is this enough time to get through customs and board next flight. Can he tag his bag through to DC with aer lingus and put it at the transfer station so he does not need to have it checked 45 minutes ahead of time. thanks

I will be arriving from Phoenix to JFK Terminal 3 with Delta Airlines at 3 PM and have to take an international flight from Terminal 8 to London Heathrow (operated by American Airlines on behalf of Gulf Air) at 6 PM.
1. Will I have sufficient time to make the transfer?
2. Will I have to collect my baggage from terminal 3 and transfer it to terminal 8 myself or is there anyway to check it in to my next flight from T8?
3. If I have to transfer it myself, Can I take the baggage trolley on the AirTrain to T8?
Please help as I do not want to end up looking for directions in the last minute.

I have a flight from JFK to Amsterdam on Saturday 27th of Aug at 18.00 (KLM flight no. KL 642).
You wrote on JFK's website, that the airport will be closed from Saturday's noon.
KLM wrote on their website that they cancelled all flights on Sunday 28th of Aug.
So what can I do?

The news is stating that all incoming flights will cease at noon on Saturday. I am on Delta flight 2043 departing at 12:35. It is not clear if the airport or just incoming flights will be shutdown at noon Saturday. Could you please advise on what time departing flights will cease? When I check my flight status, there is no change and it still shows as "on time".

My son's flight is scheduled to arrive at JFK on 09/12/11 at 5:50 p.m. on Delta. His connecting flight to London Heathrow is scheduled to depart at 6:40 p.m. (same day) on Delta. Is 50 minutes going to be enough time for him to deplane, get his luggage, go through security, and get to his international departing terminal and gate in time? Thanks for your help. Amy
