My elderly mother just texted me and told me that she is watiing at the airport now (10:10 p.m.) for a flight that leaves at 7 a.m. in the morning. I am very worried about her. What is the best option for her? Can I somehow arrange for a moderately priced room nearby and some way for her to be taken back to the airport safely in time for her flight???? Please help!!

We arrive in terminal 4 at 16:20 on December 16th. There is a Jet Blue flight leaving from terminal 5 at
18:40 to Tampa, FLa. Do we have enough time to pick up our bags, clear customs, take our bags and recheck them at Jet Blue and still make our flight?
