Lost a black berry torch on the flight from barbados that landed 7:20pm yesterday 1/24. I have not gotten a live person or a call back and I have been calling for 2 DAYS!!!! Awful service

Monday Jan. 23 arrival at AA Terminal 8, lost black camera case, orange liner with Sony digital camera inside, along with several chargers. The camera has photos from vacation that we would hate to lose -- we were on flt. 1080 from Turks & Caicos and left the case near the baggage carousel.thank you for any help you can provide!

the only flight into JFK from St. Lucia arrives at 8:21pm (American Airlines -believe terminal 8)- the only flight out that night leaves at 9:59 (Jet Blue - believe terminal 5) - giving us only 1hr 38min to go through customs - get bagage - check in with Jet Blue - and make it to terminal. Only other option is flying out next morning and would hate to have to pay hotel stay.

My husband and I arrive at JFK Terminal 8 from Finland on a Finnair flight at 4.55 PM. We will each be checking one bag. We'd like to take a Jet Blue flight to Ft. Lauderdale at 7.00 PM in terminal 5. Will we have time to go through immigration/customs, retrieve our bags, go to terminal 5, check in/bag drop, and go through security to make it to the flight on time?

My son is arriving in Terminal 8 and needs to get to Terminal 7 for a connecting flight; is it difficult to figure out the direction in which the Airtrain is going? How do you know which train to take to be sure that you are going from Terminal 8 to Terminal 7 (rather than Terminal 1 - or worse yet, leave the airport altogether? Never been to JFk, would appreciate help

I am flying from Washington DC to JFK, arriving to terminal 8 on 10:th January 18:00.
I am then going to Zurich from terminal 4 with latest check-in 19:30, and leaving at 21:00.
I booked them seprately, so I do need to check in before 19:30. Will there be enough time to do the transit and how far is it between terminal 8 and teminal 4?

My wife is scheduled to arrive JFK at 12 PM on US Airways in terminal 7 connecting to Jet airways at 6 PM at terminal 8, she is travelling with my 3 yrs daughter

1. Can she get the help to do the baggage claim in terminal 7 in club car
2. will the club car drop her in terminal 8 jet airways counter

My son is flying from ORD arriving at JFK on AA 572 @4:10pm connecting to LY O2 at 6pm. Will he have enough time to get through security/passport control and will AA let him check his bags through even though they are two separate tickets. I ask because sometimes AA says yes and then at the airport they say no. Thank you!

Hi! My girlfriend is flying from terminal 8 but I am flying from terminal 4. Is it possible to enter terminal 8 and change from there to the terminal 4, maybe by AirTrain? How can I change the terminal? Do I need to go through security again? Thank you for your help.

My friend and I are both arriving at the same time on Terminal 8 - but our phones won't be working and we need to organise where to meet so we can catch a cab together to Manhattan.

how long does ıt take appx. arrıvıng from an ınt. flight to termınal 1, to catch a national connection at terminal 8, regarind airtrain, passport control, baggage claim en check in etc...

We scheduled to arrive Dec. 17 at 3 p.m. on US Airways in term 7. Leaving at 5 p.m. from term 8 on AA flight to Paris.
1. Will we have to go back through security?
2. How do we get our boarding passes for the AA flight?
3. Is this enough time?

I will be arriving on Friday March 23 from Port-au-Prince Hatit at 4:00PM via American Airlines. My connecting flight is on American Airlines to Chicago at 5:15 PM. Is that really enough time to clear customs and immigration and make the connection??

My Elderly mom will be travelling alone from Dallas taking AA to JFK.
She will need to go to the JetAirways terminal 8.
Do you have Airport assistance avaialble to help out elderly - if so how do I contact them to get additional details or give them more details about Passenger's arrival /Destination.
