Taxi is flat rate $45+tolls+tip for all four of you. NYAS express bus goes to Penn Station from all terminals, hotel is across the street, fare is $15 per person. Public transportation will also get you to Penn Station; Airtrain ($5) to Jamaica Station and either LIRR ($5.75) or E subway ($2.25) to Penn Station. Travel time is 45-60 minutes.
I am getting off JFK airport & going to Bayonne, New Jersey....what's the cheapest way to get there. I am travelling with a carry on bag.
You can take public transportation to Bayonne via subway, PATH train and bus. Take Airtrain to Jamaica Station, take the inbound E subway to World Trade Center (last stop), take the PATH train to Exchange Place-Jersey City and transfer to the NJ Transit #81 bus to Bayonne. Total cost of Airtrain, subway, PATH and bus is about $12. Taxi would probably cost well over $75.
hi what is the best way to get from jfk to royal park hotel on 97th street arriving 7th october 4.30pm thanks
Taxi is flat fare $45+tolls+tip. By Airtrain/subway ($7.25) take Airtrain from your terminal to Jamaica Station, take the E subway to 42nd St. and transfer to the uptown 2 or 3 subway to 96th St, walk one block north to 97th.
Hello, I am arriving with a friend at JFk 10:00pm, will we be able to catch a shuttle to get to 3rd Street. if yes, How much will it cost?
Manhattan Cruise Ship Terminal is at 12th Ave. and 55th St., easiest and most direct from JFK is by taxi, flat fare of $45+tolls+tip. Cheapest is by public transportation ($7.25); take Airtrain from your terminal to Jamaica Station and E subway to 50th St. Walk one block south to 49th St. and take the M50 bus to 12th Ave. Or you can hail a cab when you get out of the subway to take you to the terminal.
My sister and I are taking our kids to New York for the first time she has 2 and I have 2 ages 10,9,5,5. Do we have to take two cabs or can we take a Minivan for the 6 of us? there will be 4 luggage bags at most. We will be flying in at 1030 at night and dont want to take the shuttle/train.
Go to the Ground Transportation counter when you arrive to inquire about SuperShuttle or similar shared-ride services to handle all of you, otherwise it will be two separate cabs.
What would be the cheapest option for getting from JFK to Manhattan around 8 in the morning? And how long would it take compared to other options?
Cheapest is by Airtrain/subway which takes a little over an hour ($7.25). Where is your Manhattan destination? This will determine which subway station/line to go to via Airtrain. If you are going to the vicinity of Grand Central Station, Penn Station or Port Authority Bus Terminal/Times Square there are NYAS express buses leaving each terminal for each location ($15), one hour + during AM rush hour.
Super Shuttle or Air Link. Both costs $18.50/passenger.
Book them at Ground Transportation(Welcome Center) counter upon arrival.

Good morning, Is there a shuttle that goes from JFK to Grand Crentral?-Thank you
Yes, the NYAS express bus leaves from each terminal approximately every 30 minutes from 7am to 10pm. Cost is $15.
Any cheap direct public transport to newark international airport from KF airport.
Will I be able to take a SuperShuttle from 2 Saint Marks Place to JFK? I need to leave the hotel at 6am on August 30.
Daughter is Arriving JFK (Domestic)- Friday Morning

Make sure you choose Airport-To-Airport Transfer. It is about $30/passenger.

I would like to take a shuttle from newark airport to jfk how can I reserve a seat?
I need to get to Phila. as quick and cheap as possible on 10 Sept. from JFK. My plane lands at 15:35. Driving myself is not an option. Thanks.
Hi, I will arrive JFK at 10:15 pm and I'm looking for a drive to Penn Station. It said up there that NYAS only available between 6.15 am to 11.10 pm. I'm from another country so the custom will take a while, therefore I may not be able to catch the NYAS.
Please let me know if there is any Shuttle or bus available around 11pm to 12 am because I need to catch my train at 2:30 am.
Thank you
The last NYAS bus leaves JFK around 11 pm . Check after you clear customs - you may be able to catch it. If not - take Airtrain to Jamaica Station and then LIRR train to Penn. The link is working 24/7.

Hello, am arriving at JFk 5:20pm, will i be able to catch a flight from Newark airport to Chicago at 8:00pm, am coming international to JFK, and please advise the routes.
I am arriving on a Jet Blue flight in early AM on Sept. 8. Other than renting a car, is there a shuttle, etc. that I can take to Sea Isle City. I am unfamiliar with both JFK and the eastern corridor.
Nothing direct from JFK to Sea Isle City.
I am pretty sure NJ transit bus will take you there from PA bus terminal in Manhattan.

Hi there, how much will it be to take a shuttle to 5th Ave, Manhatten from JFK airport? Thanks

Hi,
I understand that there is a shuttle bus from port authority to JFK but was wondering if i need to have a plane ticket to take that bus? I am meeting someone at the airport and that is the fastest route for me.
Thanks!
You don't need to have a plane ticket to board that bus - everybody can do that.

How much is the taxi fare for 6 to travel from NYC to JFK? Would appreciate a reply. Thanks
There would be no taxi(type sedan) accomodating 6 people. For that you can use a van(7-12 people) and the price ranges between $80-$150. See the agents at Ground transportation desk(which is replaced in some terminals with Welcome Center).
Hi dear, I will arrive on 1st sep @ 13:10, and wanna catch a train to chicago @ 15:45, but i need to stop by in Manhattan to drop down things to my friend first. what is the best transportation option that I can take. Please advise.
Not much time in between! If you're arriving international you'll need time to clear customs. Cab will be quickest and can take you directly to your Manhattan desination $45+tolls+tip. Then grab another cab from there to Penn Station.
hi, we are arriving at jfk at 9 PM and need to get to Holiday inn hotelseaucus,NJ. What's the best option? We would like the cheapest one
So from the supershuttle website I gather that there are set drop off points. I am staying at chelsea star hostel and the closest drop off looks like penn station. I was wondering if these shuttles actually drop you off at your hostel or if they are set locations and you have to make your way from there?
Super Shuttle is door-to-door service. Which means they will drop you off at your exact address(either hotel/hostel or private address).
We have six in our party. What is the best means of transportation to our hotel?
I am arriving in New York on the 14th Sept @ 10.30
is there a Shuttle that will take me to the Wolcott Hotel 4west 31 st
Thanks
Locate Ground transportation desk or welcome Center - the employees there will give you all the options regarding shuttles.
When you exit baggage reclaim etc out onto landside there will be an immediate visible presence of the shuttle operators - you won't miss them. When each minibus fills up it goes into Manhattan dropping off at each passenger's hotel. Think I paid $19pp last time. If more than two of you travelling its cheaper to get a taxi $45 set fare into manhattan.
hi, we are arriving at jfk on a thursday (3 PM) and need to get to the mayor hotel on 79 Division Street,
New York. What's the best option? We would like the cheapest one, but if the difference of time spent was enormous we could choice another one.
i have a question , what is the cheapest way to go from JFK airport to Marmara manhattan hotel whic is in 301 East 94th Street
Take Airtrain from your terminal to Jamaica Station. Take the E subway to 53rd St. and transfer to the uptown #6 subway to 96th St. Walk two blocks south on Lexington Ave. to 94th St. turn left and walk two blocks east to your location near 2nd Ave. Total cost is $7.25.
Cheapest is by Airtrain/subway at $7.25 per person. Take Airtrain from your terminal to Jamaica Station. Then take the J subway to Essex St (first stop in Manhattan). Walk south on Essex four blocks, make a right on Canal St. and then a quick left on Division St., proceed about three blocks.
Public transit will get you there. Take Airtrain to Jamaica Station and either E subway or LIRR to Penn Station. Then take just about any NJ Transit train to Secaucus Junction station and local transportation to your final destination.
