Hello. Is the hotel shuttle in each terminal or do you have to take AirTrain to a specific place.

My parents are arriving on Terminal 5 at around 8 AM in the morning and they have to catch Air India flight from Terminal 4 at 1:00 PM. My MOM will be using a wheelchair during the transit. They are not comfortable using the shuttle train between the terminals as she'll be on a wheelchair and they will have some luggage as well. What would be the most convinient way of going from Terminal 5 to Terminal 4. travel date is 1st July.
