I am arriving at JFK at 15.25 on American Airlines from Toronto, Canada and am catching an Aer Lingus flight to Dublin at 17.45. Have I allowed enough time to clear immigration and check my bags for the Dublin flight?
Passengers on AA flights
Passengers on AA flights from Canada to the U.S. clear U.S. customs and immigration at pre-clearance facilities at the Canadian airports. Your AA flight will then arrive at JFK as if it were a domestic flight.
If AA has an interline baggage agreement with Aer Lingus, you may be able to check your bags all the way through to DUB when you check in at YYZ. Be sure to ask the AA agent who checks your bags in.
Lost passport @ Terminal 4
I have a customer who flew in yesterday on Royal Jordanian airlines and has lost his passport. He had it when he cleared customs and believes he may have left it there at the customs station.
I have already contacted the Port Authority lost and found and they do not have it. They suggested that I talk to customs directly but I cannot find their number.
Any help would be appreciated.

international connecting passengers check-in
We are arriving on a domestic flight from STL at 2:10 pm and departing for an international flight to Berlin at 7:10 pm, both on Delta (the Berlin flight is codeshared w/Air France but we have been instructed to check-in with Delta). Is there an international connecting-passenger check-in location within T3, or should we exit completely, check-in with everyone else, and re-enter security? Unfortunately we booked our flights on separate occasions and thus can't check in all at once in STL.

A friend of mine has a connection in JFK. He arrives at terminal 8 from Helsinki and departs from terminal 8 for Seattle. Where is US Border/Customs facility located (terminal 8 or he has to travel to some other location)? What would his steps be to make this as short as possible as the connecting time is around 2 hours?
