Hey guys! I'm a travel agent, and I just saw the record that CX831 from JFK to HongKong will change time to 02:15 A.M. on 28th Dec. Well....at least that's what I saw in my booking record. I hope that helps a little to those who have family or friends on this flight.

I tried to call my flight agent and JFK but neither did their phoneline working and I am calling American Airline for an hour and i'm still being putting on hold. Or at least can anyone tell me a phone to call JFK please? I don't know how to find it out and I don't know why my flight is not cancelled but the airport is still possibly closed! My flight is AA flight #18 departing at 11pm at SFO today 27th and arriving to JFK at 7.29am tomorrow 28th. Could somebody offer any information it would be aprreciated!

From what I understand, AA is canceling regularly scheduled flights (of low occupancy) on 28th and 29th, and scrambling the planes to accommodate stranded passengers from 26th and 27th.

If you are a passenger at the international terminal, can you pls pls tell me if the AIR INDIA flight 101 arrived at 8pm?? I have to catch this flight back to India and recorded message says that flight will leave at 12:30am and I am currently in northern westchester county abt 2 hrs from the JFK airport. The airlines told me they were flying out last nite at 11:45pm and I took the MTA and Subway and got stranded at Howard Beach for 7hrs!! So PLZ PLZ HELP ME WITH SOME INFO

Just checked JetBlue.com and it said that flight was on time. I am constantly checking my flight status on JetBlue.com and so for you to do that all you have to do is go to the homepage and click the status tab and enter the flight number.

I'm booked to leave Rochester, NY at 3:40pm getting in to JFK about 5, and then leaving for Tel Aviv from JFK about 9pm. Anyone know what the chances are that things will be running?

Aren't no point going to the AA terminal at JFk any time soon.
My parents missed their connection and have been camped out at the airport for nearly 36 hours, Unfortunately there are no AA staff around to ask for help except at the ticket counter and the line is currently running 7 hours.
As the FAA has announced that the airport is now open there are thousands more arriving all the time despite the fact that virtually all flights have been cancelled so the queue will only get worse.
If you have any alternative, don't go at least for a couple of days.

if u can get to port authority then just take the "E" train towards Queens to the AIR TRAIN & u'll b fine
