Hello,
How to comfortably travel from JFK Terminal 4 to Terminal 3 with two big luggage bags ? Is there any other alternative to the train ? Can I walk with my luggages in my trolley ? Or is there a bus between the terminals ?

Go to the 3rd floor of terminal 4 take an air train on track 1 to terminal 3. It is free and it is the only way to get from one terminal to the other.

Airtrain on track 1(from T4) will take HIM NOWHERE NEAR TERMINAL 3. It is the train on track 2 that goes to Terminal 3 !!!

You may also ask at the information desk on arrival.

My mother will be arraiving from Ukraine at 5.05 pm Sunday on Aerosvit airlines( Term 4). The connecting flight is at 6.15 pm at Term 8 ( US Airways) Would she have enought time to go through Customs? Can you recomend a fast way to get from Term 4 to Term 8?

It will be tight but hopefully your arriving flight is on time and Customs isnt busy at the time of your arrival. Once you get out of Customs go to the 3rd floor of terminal 4 take an air train on track 1 to terminal 8. It should take about 1 minute. That would be the fastes way.

My nephew is leaving today on a World Airlines charter flight from terminal 4. We want to stay with him but are not sure where short term parking is. Any suggestions or directions?

Why on earth would you have to call your airline for this? makes no sense

I have a United Airlines flight operated by South African Airways. Do I go to terminal 4 or 7 to check in?

Terminal 7 for United Airlines flight.

Where are there payphones located in terminal 4? The person we are picking up is only young, travelling alone and arriving from an international location and will not have a cell phone. If something gets mixed up I want him to be able to call me and thought it would be helpful if I could tell him ahead of time where a payphone is nearby.

Once you clear security at terminal 4 departures you will see plenty of them next to departing gates.

I will be arriving from Dubai on an Emirates flight and transferring to a JetBlue domestic flight. Will I need to pick up my baggage and recheck it myself or will I pick it up at my final destination?

Similarly, my friend will be on the same flight from Dubai but will be transferring to a Delta domestic flight. Will she need to pick up her luggage or will that be transferred to Delta by Emirates and picked up at her final destination?
