Forget taxi, Sicklerville is in southern NJ, southeast of Philly so taxi would be hundreds of $$. Take Amtrak train from Penn Station Airtrain from terminal to Jamaica station, transfer to E subway or LIRR to Penn Station) to Philadelphia and local transportation from there to Sicklerville.

Apparently there is a fixed fare in a taxi from JFK to Manhatton. How much is it and does it include tip if not how much should I tip,Iv never been the states before and I hear its seriously expected.
I watched the Soprano's and a waiter got him self clipped over a tip.Honest!

The fixed rate is $45 + toll($5.50). Tip is optional and varies between 10%-20%($5-$10).

I want to ask, how much will cost me taxi from JFK to Sea Isle City

I arrive at JFK at 19:40 and via BA and I'm Canadian so would have to clear international customs. I'm considering booking a flight out of LGA at 21:45. Will there be enough time in between landing at JFK, clearing customs and transferring to LGA via taxi for the 21:45 departure? I'll be in business class on the BA flight and will only have carry on

Business class passengers(especially the ones with no check-in bags) are clearing immigration/customs in the fastest way. I do believe you will be fine and able to catch your LGA flight.

Thanks for the quick reply. Provided everything is on time, how long would it take to clear immigration/customs and then how long is it to get to LGA via taxi at that hour on a Friday evening? Are tehre taxis available outside Terminal 7, I only have 1 hr and 55 min from when I land at JFK to the departure at LGA?

Given the conditions(business class traveler and no check-in bags) I would say 10-15 min maximum to clear immigration and customs(in some cases even less).
There is taxi stand across the street from T7 where you can grab a taxi. It takes ~20-30 min to get to LGA (depends on the traffic that sometimes can be unpredictable in NYC).

Thanks again, based on the info you've provided I think I'll take my chances and go for it providing the flight from Heathrow is on time I should be able to get to LGA within an hour after landing at JFK and make the connection as I'll be checking in online prior to leaving London for the LGA departure. Are there usually delays in landing at JFK?

Well, looking at today's BA flights from LHR the delays are ranging from 30min to 60 min. Yesterday's flights were all on time(most of them even came in earlier).
Yesterday was generally very light day for JFK. Which date/day of the week you will be coming into JFK?
JFK_E

It is scheduled to arrive at JFK at 19:50 on Friday, June 4th and then my flight out of LGA is 21:45. Are Fridays usually busier that other days or should i be okay?

Fridays,Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays are usually busiest days of the week at JFK.
This fact now makes me thing that you will be tight if BA comes in late. Any way to reschedule you LGA flight later/ Even replacing it with one at JFK?
JFK_E

I checked with BA and they said there are not too many flights coming in to T7 at the time we are scheduled to arrive but that doesn't mean there won't be delays. I have to fly out of LGA as it's the only connection to get me to BGR on Friday night as I need to be there early saturday morning and there are no direct flights from JFK to BGR but there is from LGA. I think the only way it will work is if the BA flight is on time but that's a chance I'll have to take unless you know of a better route from LHR to BGR and the fact I can't leave LHR much before 17:00 due to meetings!

Yes, BA are right that there are not that many flights at that time at T7. That won't help you though if BA is late initially. Let's hope that they will be on time.
P.S. Now I found out the reason for the unusual today's delays - the strike. The good news is that they won't have another one until June 5th:)
JFK_E

I just found an AA flight that gets in at 19:40, ten minutes earlier than the BA flight. Is there any advantage of flying with AA versus BA with regards to scheduling and arrival times and customs clearance?
