It is just incredible the major level of unorganization at JFK, went there last night, trying to have a hope on my flitgh.. There was a car on fire on the departures.. U cant even walk trough.. Fights between airport security and passangers.. I cannot believe we are on USA anymore....!! This is really upsetting. In the other hand LAN Has been horrible..!!!! Horrible..!! With their responses... CUSTOMER SERVICE goes beyond.. "may I help u?"
