Hi, how long does the way takes from port authority bus station to JFK terminal #3 by taxi?
I will arrive to port authority at 5.45 pm and my flight is departuring at 19.30pm. Is it possible to catch the flight, if I take taxi to the airport? Thx.

You might not be able to make it - taxi ride from Manhattan to JFK take up to 40-50 min(may be more, depending on traffic conditions). Delta has a cut-off time 1 hour for check-in bags,45 min for issuing boarding pass.
You can make it if you don't have to check any bags and have your boarding pass printed home.
Consider earlier arrival at Port Authority bus terminal.

Hi

There are 4 of us arriving each with a suitcase, on Sunday 28 August.
Would a yellow cab take all four of us and four suitcases in one cab? If so, what would be the total cost for all four of us?
And how much should we tip when we get to our destination?

Many thanks

As long as all four of you and your bags will fit the cost for the whole taxi is $50.50 ($45 + tolls). Tip is generally 15-20%.

I will be arriving on sunday august 1st at jfk at 8 a.m. And I will be traveling to 1160 Broadway New York, NY. How much am I looking at spending? Thanks ahead of time for any replies.

Taxi (yellow cab only) will cost you flat fare of $50.50.

Is there any taxi for six people and their luggage at the airport?

Or should we take two taxis?

Thanks

There is no such a taxi - take two taxis.
