How do I get from JFK to Newark Airport?

Can somebody tell me how 2 adults and 1 child can get from JFK to 40-03 29th Street, Long Island City please.
We arrive mid afternoon on a Friday and also how to get from 40-03 29th Street, Long Island City to La Guardia 5 days later.
Many thanks

Taxi would be your best bet in this situation :)

Take a taxi for both trips, much easier with three people involved.

Any way to get to JFK on transportation todaY?

Yes there should be one.

It is called Dave's Best Limo and you can arrange it at Ground Transportation(Welcome center) counters as you arrive. The service can be pre-booked as well at http://www.davesbestlimoservice.com/ .
