Just called Alitalia for my Sunday 5 pm departure to Rome. Flight is still on as scheduled. Maybe they will clear the runways until the plane arrives at 2 pm. About a foot of snow in New York. We'll see....

BA flights from JFK to London Heathrow, are they all being cancelled? some have already been cancelled but not the flight my parents are getting. Does anyone know?

According to BA only one flight out of jfk is cancelled at the moment- the BA 176 at 19.40
3 other flights are scheduled to leave jfk for heathrow this evening (BA112,176 and 114) and 2 others to london city- people on BA 176 should rebook through BA- see their website. The 3 flights earliest flights from London to jfk have been cancelled today. It could be worse!

What do you do if your flight to la is cancelled and you have a connecting flight to Australia? Where do you stay if you have no money and how do you get another flight. My younger brother is stuck in ny. His flight is cancelled on Sunday.

No they dont, at least they havent given me anything other than a bag of chips and a more expensive ticket to a place 44 miles from where i want to be. Also i havent slept for 40 hours.

They don't have to do anything if the cancellation is weather related but if he makes a big enough fuzz about it they might feel bad and give him a hotel room and stuff!
