so what happens when your flight is cancelled? my flight to charlotte got cancelled tomorrow as well. do we show up and hope for another flight? the airline said they can't put me on another flight for 4 days!
Qatar Airways flight QR 83 from Doha yesterday - cancelled
I received a call early this morning that the flight scheduled to arrive at JFK Terminal 4 at 3pm today from Doha was cancelled - the passengers were required to stay overnight in Doha and take the 8.10am flight (I'm presuming this is Doha local time) this morning from Doha - please can you confirm when this re-scheduled flight from Doha will arrive at JFK.
Unfortunately I have no additional info about the flight itself.

Need Assistance on the cheapest way to get to NJ
I need to get to my parents in Jackson, NJ and a 1-day car rental does not seem possible as it is extremely expensive (over $200 just to get from JFK to their address). Is there a shuttle or train or bus that can get me to NJ so that we can then take a can to my parents? Perhsps tranportation from JFK to Newark, for example?

My info may be very outdated but there should be an airport bus from JFK directly to Newark Airport, where you can rent a car or be picked up. If this bus has been discontinued, there should still be airport busses between JFK and Manhattan's Port Authority Terminal and between Port Authority and Newark Airport. Perhaps there's a bus line from Port Authority with a stop in Jackson or near it. (check out Peter Pan/Trailways) Quite a few places in NJ are served by these bus lines. Can your parents check this out from their end? I just hope you're not traveling now, in this blizzard.

A taxi will cost around $140. You can take AirTrain to Jamaica Station and then take the subway and get to Port Authority Bus Terminal or to Penn Station and take a Bus or a Train to Jackson or Newark. Check MJ Transit and MTA Subway for more info.

Lost Canon movie camera and case
I have lost a canon movie camera on flight AA160 (QF3077) from San Francisco to New York on 12/15/09 arrived in NY at 1045hrs. It was most likely left under seat 37H or 37J.
Had asked Amercian Arilines staff to check under the seat on this flight but no help.
