Am physically challenged,dropped my phone while riding my shooter towards the car that arrived to pick me up.
This was at passenger pickup, terminal 8. I felt when something fell but never looked because I did not know that it was my phone.
I was travelling on AA 4776 from DCA to JFK. It was at approximately 2:30 pm.

I need one information if someone knows anything about it. I expected someone to arrive from Denver to Munich (Germany) on 16th of September. That person was flying from Denver via Chicago to New York and then later to Munich. I got information that flight from NY to Munich was postponed!? So my question is was there flight from NY to Munich on 16th of September and why flight was postponed!?

there is a fifteen dollar bus that leaves very frequently from every terminal. it will bring you into manhattan, grand central station
Did not take luggage at the customs
I travelled from India to Atlanta via JFK international Airport . All my custom formalities were done at JFK. But I did not take my 2 piece luggage from JFK and passed through custom thinking that the luggage would be sent directly to Atlanta through my connecting Delta flight. But the baggage did not arrive to Atlanta . I filed a complaint with Delta airlines.
Do you know how many days does it take for Customs to to clear unaccompanied luggage . What is the custom process ? Can I contact someone ? Do I ever receive my Luggage?

Its 945am on a Thursday and behind the security line in a brand new terminal, there is only Peets Coffee open out of 9 concessions. What a complete joke of an airport. And Pete's is out of food.

JFK Staff
On my first visit to US from the UK, this wasn't a nice start to our holiday. The staff were very rude to people queuing at the Delta check in. There was a short red haired european sounding lady, just so bad tempered telling people off. And not knowing what to do once you got to the security desk, the person didn't put you at ease whatsoever.
Transfers between T4 and T7
Hi,
Were a group of 7 girls arriving next week but one of the group are arriving into T7 and the rest are arriving into T4. Is it possible to meet up so we can all get a taxi/transfer together without wasting too much time?? Who is the best value transfer company to get to hotel in Manhattan ??
