im coming from buffalo to jfk through jet blue, i need to connect to another flight, would i have time to do that in 2 hours? the flight is arriving in terminal 4 and the other one is at terminal 5 or 6.

Yes...2 hrs no problem. You'll need to take the AirTran rail tram to switch terminals, but 2 hrs. is plenty. Just follow the signs...Happy travels. Buffalo huh? I'm a big Ani fan.
How can i go from Termminal
How can i go from Termminal 1 to terminal 3.how long will it take to travel on foot ot by airtain?I will arrive there on 14:15 and need to catch the other internal flight at 16:45. Is that time sufficient for immigration and to board in th next plane?Please reply me soon.

I'm flying to JFK for the first time in July, i usually fly to Newark as it's smaller! (and i'm less likely to get lost)
could someone tell me how long it will take me to get from terminal 5to the Jetblue terminal (4 i think)

I'm flying with a school trip. I'm a dual citzen so i have a canadian and British passport. I didn't apply for a visa since i can use my canadian passport. Has anybody done this? just wondering if i'll get into any sort of hassle when going through. i did check but it said that if i wasn't visiting a fincee or anything then it was fine to travel with my canadian passport but i just wanted to see if anybody had done this.
When I flew into the US
When I flew into the US (LAX) recently, they made everyone fill out the usual Visa Waiver form (even if you'd already applied online). I have no idea if my online application has actually been used. I suspect (but PLEASE don't rely on this), that either they never intended to enforce the online visas this year, or so many people have turned up without having applied online, that they're having to use the old Visa Waiver method.
leaving the airport when in transit
I am landing in JFK and have 20 hour stop over for next flight.
Will I be able to leave the airport and explore NY for a few hours? or do I have to stay in the airport?

You may leave the terminal, but be aware of the horrible traffic you may encounter. There are trains that can take you to Manhattan (NYC). Cab rides are more expensive. Allow 1 hour each way.

it's easy as ABC....i suggest you book your flight online - try to get to ur terminal 2 hrs early on the day of the flight - if ur going with Air Jamaica go to their check-in line with ur passport(if it's not US bring ur green card with u too) and ur bag(s) and right after that they'll give ur boarding pass and u just have to go through security of course and OFF YOU GO.Hope that helps

i’m Nicole from germany. My boyfriend and i arrive in New York in august.
And now my question. My boyfriend dosen’t speak english, he never learn it at school.
Is is possible that i translate on the airport for him? The person on the airport have a lot of question to the tourists before they can go to New York. And my boyfriend doesn’t unterstand them.
Or have you got a person who speaks german?

If you travel together,
If you travel together, you'll go to the immigration officer together. But don't worry, people who speak no English travel all the time and they get through. If you can't understand the question, you can't answer it - there's no requirement to know English to travel to the US.
