We went to JFK yesterday to pick up my mother who was coming in on a flight from overseas.
While checking her flight's arrival time on the monitors, I was very disappointed to see that the time on the upper left hand corner of the screen was still Daylight Saving Time, even though it has been three weeks since we switched to standard time. It would eliminate confusion if this were fixed to reflect the correct time.
Also, "thank you" was spelled as one word, "thankyou" on the monitor.
Hope you can look into both these boo-boos.

Sorry to ask you another question, but we are a bit confused with some of the conflicting information we have been getting from friends and the American Airlines reps at our Heathrow Airport London,
Some say we don't have to fill in the reverse side of the form with Port date Carrier etc information that is stapled to our passport for our return, others say like you..yes we fill in both sides of that small portion of the bottom of the form that is torn off,
I personally believe we do have to fill both sides in..... can you please advise as we don't want to be sent away by the Immigration Officers for not filling it in. it's a part of the form that is not explained on the immigration sites

Are there any left luggage lockers in NYC or at JFK where I can leave my luggage all day till I check in for an evening flight? I know that there used to be some at Grand Central.

a) Take JKF Airport Air Train From Your Arrival Terminal
b) Take subway "A" to Port Authority Terminal at 42nd Str
c) Take 163 or 164 NJ transit bus from Gate 224/223 and
ask driver for Paterson stop
Option 2)
a) Take express bus service from terminal for port
authority NYC
and follow (b) and (c) of above.
option 3)
Take cab......... lol.........

U could get a wheelchair, n the employee will take ur grandmother all the way to the gate. I think its called assist.
