My wife is traveling to delhi from Washington. Her flight will arive at terminal 7 and then she has to take a flight to delhi from terminal 8 . How can she change terminals, is it comfortable?

Security
Last night at ten o'clock in the International Arrivals building, an airport employee came out of customs holding a small boy. She scanned the waiting crowd looking for a parent and a woman in the waiting area held out her arms and without question or ID, the child was handed over. There is no way of knowing if it was the right person or not, the employee just wanted to get rid of the child. In today's world, this is atrocious and I can only hope that child found his correct family and that security sees this as a serious incident and does something about it.

9 hours stopover at jfk
Hi, I will be arriving at jfk at 14.20 and departing from jfk at 23.50 on Friday 14th November. giving me approximately 9 hours, can you tell me if it is possible to go into New York City, how long would it take, and how much would the subway/train fare be. Hoping that I will be able to visit new York, any suggestions as to where to go in this short time?. Thanks
You have time to spend a few
You have time to spend a few hours in the city! Take the AirTrain from the terminal to Jamaica Station and transfer to the subway into Manhattan. It will cost you $5.00. The trip in will take about a half-hour to 45 minutes, depending on where you want to go.
Look at the subway map to see where you want to go and which line(s) will take you there. The subway is pretty easy. You should allow 1.5-2 hours to get back through security, etc when you come back to JFK. Have fun!
