JFK Airport Lost and Found

I claim my luggage bag at airport in OMSK city Russia (OMS) till New York (JFK). I flew throught Moscow (SVO). When I passed passport controll and went down to get my luggage I found out that there is no luggage. At Aeroflot desk I filled a document about lost luggage, they took my cellphone number, and they promise to call, they also gave me the number to contact the airport, 718-751-1444, I called today (07/16/15) about 20 times and left alredy 3 messages, nobody call me back yet, its been already 20 hours. I need my luggage, my vacation is not for spend the time to reach lost and found department at JFk! CALL ME PLEASE EVEN OF YOU STILL DID NOT FIND IT 614-572-5377!!! I, being disabled, was helped with a person pushing a wheelchair which the airport provided. when checking carry on bags my mothers laptop was requested by the man helping to put in a seperate bin but was never put back in. It is a very thin black THINK PAD laptop with red lettering that says Think Pad on the top. It is very important with her work products which are very necessary for her to work and it is not backed up fully. If it is found please call (714) 813-5744. We are in big trouble because she does not have the money to replace it.

My son was leaving on delta flight 40 today 7/15/15 for Athens, Greece. He was at terminal 4 gate b23. He used the rest room about 10 gates before gate b23 before boarding and left a white plastic bag with handles and writing on it in the stall. inside the bag was a lime green mesh bag with under armour & rebock compression shorts and soccer socks and some loose clothing. including clothing, baby stuff, shoes, sports wear.... ETC

While boarding I probably lost my black/grey BOSS cardigan at JFK T1 D5 (Lufthansa). If anyone has seen/got it pls. notify me. Thank you!

I may have lost a medium sized red and black Betty Boop duffle bag with an 8 year old boy's clothing inside on July 7th, 2015 in terminal 7 or 1. Contents include: 1 Real Madrid white soccer team uniform, 1 yellow Billabong lycra swim shirt, 1 pair of blue jeans, etc.
