Train/subway takes 1 and 1/2
Train/subway takes 1 and 1/2 hours and costs 7 dollars each way ($5 for train and $2 for subway). An $16 metrocard handles both and leaves with with enough for 2 extra subway/bus trips (you get a 2 dollar bonus).
Considering 2 hours lead time at the return to the airport you have 4 hours in the city.

Luggage locks
Hi, I am travelling to New York JFK from Malaga, Spain, then to Orlando then back to JFK then back to Malaga. I am concerned about the type of lock that is approved by the TSA. Our suitcases are the normal manufactured ones with out extra locking just the normal locking system found on most cases, the only other difference is a coloured belt around them to make them easier to pick out at baggage claim. Is this OK or do I have to purchase a second lock? if so can the TSA advise me on the type of lock they would like to see used.

I'm going to return to ICN(Incheon Airport, south korea)in the middle of next month. I'd like to know exact fees of excess baggage. I guess all my baggage will be 3 or 4 pcs, and they are below 23kg. Let me know how much fees are. one more question I want to know is that if any baggage excesses limit of weight, how much fees I shoud pay for per kg.

Friends this is Ankur Sharma from India I have sent two packets form DHL service, but the packets which contains my transcripts, LOR and other valuable documents which were to be sent to STEVENS INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY, are still withheld with the clearance deptt., the packet contains only my transcripts and other valuable documents to be sent to the university nothing more than that. How much time do they usually take because the deadline (15th September) is fast approaching. Please suggest a possible solution I'll be greatful to you.

We're arriving at 11am in JFK and leaving at 3:55pm on an international flight. Do i have time to leave the airport and visit the Metropolitan Museum of Art?
It's too short of a time
It's too short of a time frame but maybe doable. If you fly out at 3:55 you have to be back at the airport by 2:25 PM, this means you have to leave the MET at 1:25 PM.
It will probably be a 45 minute trip to the MET from JFK so landing at 11 you will make it to the MET at around 12:15.
This will leave you with 1:15 at the MET at best.
