Dear specialist, on May 20th we are arriving on an american airlines flight from San Juan, we have to get a connecting flight to amsterdam with Delta that departs 2 hrs and 30 minutes later. Do we have enough time to get our luggage, clear customs, change terminals, check in again and reach our gate? Please let us know, thanks!

i flew into jfk on 1/3/12 and found that it took us nearly two hours to get thru customs. i applaud and support all security measures in place however the problem was there was only 2-3 customs officers on duty and with a 747 flight in from london and one in from hong kong this does not give a good first impression and really makes people fed up especially when on a short break and time is precious.
other wise had a fantastic time and loved the city.
would appreciate any feedback

Hi,
I will be flying into JFK on Jet Blue from Seattle on 3/29/12. I need to get down to W 46nd Street close to Time square. If I take the Airtrain what would be the best route? Also, Can I reverse the route and return back to JFK the same way? Looking forward to my first trip to NY! Thanks.
