Is there a way, other than taxi, to get from the Terminal to Delta Air Cargo, and vice versa?

Could one call (or pre-arrange) for a cab from Air Cargo to a further destination (Ozone Park)? Would the trip from Air Cargo to Ozone Park fall under the Flat Rate Fare for Airport trips, or would it be metered?

The situation is: I need to get to& from Delta Air Cargo to p/u and drop off my dog. I would be w/out the dog going to and from the terminal, and so wouldn't HAVE to travel by cab if other options were available. Would need the cab though between Air Cargo and Ozone Park, both coming and going.

Looking for the least expensive way to travel. Traveling daylight hours both times. Non-peak outbound, possibly Peak hours for the portion from AirCargo to JFK Terminal on the return journey.

Thank you in advance for any assistance/info you can provide.
