IS THERE A BUS FROM JFK TO NWK AIRPORT OR METROPARK in Woodbridge,NJ that 2 adults and 2 children with many suitcases can take? How much would it cost? Are there any other cost effective alternatives? Thank you.

There is shuttle service between airports, inquire at Ground Transportation on arrival for schedules and fares but I believe it runs about $35 per person. To Metropark or Newark Airport by train; take AirTrain from terminal to Jamaica Station, transfer to LIRR to Penn Station, transfer to either NJ Transit-NE Corridor train or Amtrak train (NJT is much cheaper but takes longer). Make sure you take an Amtrak train that makes stops at these stations. There's an Airtrain at Newark Airport station to all terminals, similar to JFKs. Cost per person including all AirTrains, LIRR and NJT is about $25 per person, add another $20 for Amtrak.

Hi there.
I need some help please.
I'm arriving at Terminal 7 (Iberia) and need to go to The Carlton Hotel at Madison Ave. Can you tell me the best way to do it? Train, bus, or other?

Thanks,
CC

By train: take AirTrain from terminal to Jamaica Station, transfer to the E subway to Lexington/53rd St, transfer to downtown #6 subway to 28th St, walk west on 28th St to hotel on Madison Ave, total cost is $7.25. Taxi will take you direct $45+tolls+tip.

Thanks for the answer.

Thanks for the great info :)

hi iwill be arriving at jfk six am where do i go to get the bus to go to 42st and what time the busses leave jfk

There's the NYAirports shuttle bus from Ground Transportation to Grand Central Terminal (Park Ave/42nd St) or Port Authority Bus Terminal (8th Ave/42nd St). Buses start running around 7am.

Is there a service called 'Viflyx' or 'Cyflix" that I can take at JFK to get to Hartford CT ? Someone told me about this but I forget the name of the transportation service.

It is called Connecticut Limo and u can require it either at the Ground Transportation desk or at Welcome Center at any terminal.

Hi, we will arive at jfk airport 26th of june (4 person) and we wonder is there any bus for Syracuse or how we can go there???? How many hours we will travel???How much it will cost????THANK YOU

Greyhound buses depart from Port Authority Bus Terminal in Manhattan (8th Ave/42nd St). Take a taxi from JFK to PABT, cost is $45+tolls+tip for all 4 of you. Bus from PABT to Syracuse is around $40 and cheaper if you purchase online. Travel time is about 5 hours and there are multiple departures throughout the day. Visit Greyhound's website for schedules and info.

myself and some friends are visiting new york for the first time and were told we could do a day trip to washington dc? any recommendations? which would be the best bus company to use? thanks

You won't be able to do much in DC in one day, lots to see and do!! Suggest you take the earliest possible bus or train to give you plenty of time to sightsee. Megabus, Boltbus and Vamoose Bus leave from outside Penn Station and are much cheapear than Amtrak train. Allow at least 4 hours travel time each way.

What is the easiest route from JFK to Ocean City Maryland and how long would the journey take + how much?
