My relatives are arriving by AIR India on July 11 and 12 at 6.40 a.m. at Terminal 4 ,they have to catch American Airlines Flight to BWI from terminal 8.
What is the facility for international passenger to transfer to domestic flight .Is there an interline transfer service at terminal 4 so that they can handover their luggage to final destination . Is there free shuttle from terminal 4 to different terminal .

I am wondering what is your policy on standyby flights?
I am travelling in america with six friends On August they are all returning home to Ireland and i am going to California to see my family over there. I am wondering whether it would be possible to be placed on standby in the airport in the hope of getting a less expensive flight!???
I am a student and after a summer here and a week in NYC i am looking for the best deal possible!

Jet Blue to Air France
My son and I are arriving on a domestic Jet Blue flight to JFK with checked baggage. My return flight is Jet Blue while he is traveling Air France (both flights same day). I wish to accompany my son to Air France gate to see him off, then return to Jet Blue terminal for my flight home. Please advise procedure. Thanks,

you have to pick up them clear customs with them and right out side customs there are people that will put get your bags on the connecting flight.

Airport Overnight Stay
Airport is open 24 hours a day. I think there should be no problem for you to hang out overnight at the airport. However, it will be quiet overnight rather than during the day time. Stay closer with the security officers, dont trust any strangers easily, and stay alert at all time.
passport situation
ok, so my trip to aruba is booked for sat july 5th.3ts exactly 6 days from it and my 2yr old niece ripped my passport its not badly ripped but the middle is off the binding am I going to have a problem both in jfk and aruba airports?? helppppp!

ok, have you tried contacting the Immigrations / Customs Department? They would have knowledge while people on websites have hearsay.
A rule of thumb that is
A rule of thumb that is followed by all Customs and Immigrations Officers is that to have the Passport in NON MUTILATED in ANY WAY, period!
Its better to get a replacement Passport or wait for it or else you might easily return from the airport cutting your trip to minutes.
Please try to get a new passport or postpone the travel if possible.
