Dear JFK airport guide,
I am arriving JFK on Sunday morning at 1040 via Korean airline. I need to get to the hotel at 152 W 26th St, New York, NY, 10001. If I catch airtrain and subways to get to hotel, what is the best way to get there? Would it be feasible to do so with suitcases? Is there escalators/lifts in NY subway stations?
Thank so much in advance.

Kind Regards;
G

I think the easiest is to take the Airtrain to Jamaica Station and transfer to the LIRR to Penn Station, 34th Street and 7th Avenue. From there you could easily catch a cab if you have a lot of luggage or just walk down 7th Avenue to 26th Street! Have a nice trip.

Dear JFK employee,
I'm travelling on 14 Dec on DELTA Airlines from Cairo to Los Angeles, I have a connection in JFK the flight arrive at T3@0515 - leaves from T2@0700. All flights are Delta. (I'm not a US Citizen but I have a visitor Visa). Please help me with answering the questions:
1- Do I have enough time?
2- Do I have to declare on the Immigration & Customs?
3- Do I have to check-in the luaggage once again? and in which terminal?
4- What is the fastest way to go from T3 to T2 (beside walking)?
Incase, The flight was delayed or I didn't catch the flight que to a que in the immigration & customs.. what should I do?

Hi! I am arriving at JFK Airport(Terminal 8) this 15th of December. How canI go to Metro Park Station, Edison? By riding a Train. Please help!

Take the Airtrain to Jamaica Station. Transfer to the LIRR to Penn Stationl. Then take the NJ Transit train towards Trenton and get off at Metro Park, Edison.

I am arriving at JFK on Thursday 14h30.
I need shuttle service to Newark EWR,
I need rates for this service please

How long should I allow from my Manhattan hotel to the JFK Airport, by Airtrain for a 6:40 pm flight on a Wednesday?

One of my relative will be arriving to JFK on the 15th and has to change flight to reach Pittsburgh which is the Final destination. However this relative cannot read or speak english. Is there any kind of assistance I can get to help this person to change flights?

Thanks,
Arun

I will be in lower Manhattan at an appt. until 5:30 pm on a Friday in December and have a flight out of JFK at 8:00 pm. Will I have enough time to get through security and make my flight? What is the fastest way to get to jfk from about 700 Broadway Street in Manhattan?

Taxi is usually fastest (flat fare $45+tolls+tip) but travel time can be tricky on Friday evenings. You can also take subway/AirTrain ($7.25): walk west on W 4th St (towards Washington Sq) to the A subway station at W 4th & 6th Ave. Take the FAR ROCKAWAY-bound A subway (NOT the Rockaway Park-bound A) to Howard Beach/JFK, transfer to AirTrain to all terminals. Travel time about one hour, so you should be fine if you get to JFK around 6:30 or thereabouts.

I agree, I wouldn't risk the cab on a Friday at that time. Do what BG says and walk to West 4th Subway and the southbound A train to Far Rockaway and then transfer to the Airtrain.

I will have about 3 hours lay over until next flight.. is there a way that I can take a shower in a nearby place? The next flight is 9 hours long and I am coming from Los Angeles

I along with two other travelers will be arriving at jfk on Saturday evening from orlando and have a 3 hour layover on the way to phoenix - would it be possible to hire a taxi for a quick city tour in this amount of time?

Don't do it! Def not enough time.

Would not risk it. The traffic can get nasty in the city, the security waiting lines are long, and as a result u might get stuck. My advice would be no.
