Next Monday (June 14th) I arrive at JFK via Jet Blue (terminal 5 as I know) at 7:18 am and I have to take my next flight via Mexicana and the departure time is 8:30 am. How can I move from Terminal 5 to Terminal 8? Do you think I can get there on time?

I am flying with American Airlines from Lima to Heathrow but we have a change over in New York on the way. There is 13 hours between our connecting flights is it possible for us to go out of the airport in the time and go into New York? If so do we need any type of visa etc.. for that short time there? I am a British Citizen.

Hi, I need some information about transportation to nj. I'll be in JFK Airport in 19 Jun 2010, at 03.00pm. How can I go to Seaside Heights, New Jersey from the airport? I want to go to the Casino Beach Pier LLC/Breakwater Beach.
You can get there by
You can get there by train/local transportation. Take Airtrain from your terminal to Jamaica station, transfer to E subway or LIRR (faster) to Penn Station (or NYAS bus from your terminal to Penn Station) and then take the NJ Transit-North Jersey Coast line to the end at Bay Head and take local transportation from there to Seaside Heights.

Take Airtrain to Jamaica station, transfer to the J subway to Canal St. At that station (Canal & Centre Sts.) Chinatown is south of Canal St. and Little Italy is north of Canal St. Walk around, explore, eat and enjoy!

I booked a ticket online from Athens, Greece, to Bozeman and I fly through New York.
I have to change airports from JFK to LGA. Unfortunately Delta does not handle the transport. Do you know how I can get to LGA from JFK and how far is it? My flight leaves 3 hours later. I hope I can make it.

I would reach JFK airport at 1500 hrs.I have a connecting flight to los angeles at 1700 hrs.is it enough to finish all the immigration,customs process in 2hrs and catch American airlines?I am coming on F1 student visa.IF i miss the flight will the american airline people allow me to board the next flight with any extra fare?

I am scheduled to arrive at JFK on a Saturday morning 7.25. I am connecting a flight back to Boston but I have a six hour lay over before my next flight. Is there any chance I can get an earlier flight and will I be able to make it in time? Any earlier flight will be fine.. If there is not enough time for the earlier flight from JFK to Logan is there any chance I can fly from La Guardia to Logan and will there be a shuttle from JFK? how much is it?

You'll need to check with your airline about re-booking to an earlier flight out of JFK or LGA and they may charge you a re-booking fee. There's a shuttle bus ($13) to LGA which takes about 30 minutes depending on traffic. If you are able to re-book from LGA be sure to leave enough time for ground transfer between airports.

We are arriving from Cairo to JFK with Delta 06:35 am and we have to take another flight, same airline, to Orlando at 08:15 hs. Is this time enought to do customs and migrations?
Batteries
I have a question. I am planning a trip to USA and I will take a photo camera with me. Because I don't have a rechargeable batteries and I have a plenty of normal AAA batteries in my place, I would like to take probably ten packages (1 pack = 8 batt.) with me. Do you think that it might be problem with these batteries in my baggage during the after-arrival control? Thank you for your answer.
