Reduced-Fare Benefits
You are eligible for reduced-fare
benefits if you are at least 65 years of age or have a qualifying
disability. Benefits are available (except on peak-hour express

Yes, it is. The transfer is actually on subway line #3.
And if you manage to get a Metrocard from Hudson News(1st floor) at T4, the journey will cost you only $2.25(the transfer is free).

Connections
We are flying from Boston to JFK where we have a South African Airways flight at 11:15am which leaves from terminal 4. We will have two separate reservations, so will have to pick up our checked baggage and check in again at JFK.
1. Is it better to book the flight from boston to JFK on Delta (terminal 3) or Jetblue (terminal 5)? Which terminal is easier to get to terminal 4?
2. What time should we arrive to be sure that we can make the connection: 1) 6AM arriving around 7:30am, 2)7AM arriving around 8:30am or 3) 7:30 am arriving around 9am)

1. It really does not matter - both T3 and T5 are in walkable distance from T4 and accessible via Airtrain as alternative.
2. Play it safe - take the second one.

You'll have to go to Penn
You'll have to go to Penn Station and take Amtrak to Westerly or Boltbus or Megabus bus to Providence, although they may stop in the Westerly area. Buses are located outside the station near the Hotel Pennsylvania. To get to Penn Station from JFK take the NYAS bus which leaves from each terminal every 20 minutes OR take Airtrain from your terminal to Jamaica Station and transfer to the E subway or LIRR to Penn Station. By train most but not all of the Amtrak Northeast Regional trains stop at Westerly so check the Amtrak schedule.

Take the NJ Transit-North
Take the NJ Transit-North Jersey Coast train from Penn Station to Manasquan and then local transportation from there. To get to Penn Station from JFK, take the NYAS bus outside your terminal ($15) or Airtrain from your terminal to Jamaica Station and transfer to either E subway ($7.25 includes Airtrain) or LIRR (faster but a bit more expensive) to Penn Station.
Shuttle transfer JFK to Newark Airport
Hi there
I read your earlier posted reply regarding the State Shuttle ($30 per person)service between JFK and Newark Airport and I want to use it when I am transferring on Monday evening (21 June) at around 7.00pm.
I am unable to get any timetable information from the Super Shuttle website (and a phone call from Australia is not really an option) so was wondering if you had any basic schedule information. Thanks.

State Shuttle departs every hour on the hour starting at 9am and the last one is at 9pm.

I believe you need to go to the Ground Transportation Desk at the Welcome Center. I'm pretty sure State Shuttle has an on-line reservations site if you Google but it's at a much higher fare ($100) since you would be considered a "reservation/pick-up". Ground Transportation can book you on the regular shuttle.

Danville, PA is off I-80, southwest of Scranton and northwest of Allentown. Check with Greyhound and others to see if they have a bus that stops there. Greyhound leaves from Port Authority Bus Terminal at 42nd St. & 8th Ave. You can get there from JFK by taking the NYAS bus which leaves from each terminal every 20 minutes ($15) or Airtrain from your terminal to Jamaica Station and transfer to the E subway to Port Authority ($7.25).

Night Transportation from JFK
My plane will arrive at JFK at 10:00pm on 16/6,what is the safest and the efficient way to go to Broadway hotel(located in 230 west 101 street)as this is my first time to New York and I just travel alone? If I want to book the Super Shuttle Van to the hotel, do I need to book in advance and do subway ,bus or Super shuttle Van operate untill 12:00am( in case the plane delay)?
