Hi, how much would a taxi cost from jfk airport to woodbury commons outlet

how cost taxi from jfk to queens bridge?

Fare is on the meter, roughly $40.

im planning to come by december 17 to baltimore but my flights going to land at the JFK at NY...i wa swondering if the taxi service shall be able to help me out by giving a ride from jfk to baltimore im at reisterstown owings mill maryland...and how much would it cost ...i would really appreciate a urgent reply as i need to book and confirm my flight...thanx

No taxi from JFK will take you to Baltimore and it would cost you hundreds of $$$. Best is to go to Penn Station (take taxi @$50 or NYAS express bus $15 from terminal) and take Amtrak train or Megabus bus (cheaper than train) from outside the station to Baltimore. Then you can take a local taxi to Reisterstown.

hI I would like to know if I can take a taxi from JFK TO TIMES SQUARE.We are 4 person and 5 gig suitcasses? or if better take a shuttle or a limo? and Can you tell me the price? thanks

Speak to the taxi dispatcher(at the taxi stand in front of the terminal) to determine if the bags will fit in the taxi. In that case the price will be flat fee of $45 plus toll($5).
If the bags won't fit in a cab then you can speak to the folks at Ground transportation counter(Welcome Center) regarding private van. It will cost you around $80-$100.

Hello I was just wondering if anyone could help. I fly into JFK and I have to catch a bus at New York, NW Corner of 9th Ave and 31st St, I am not too sure where that is! I was just wondering if anyone knew how expensive that would be? I am needing it on the 6th January at 9.30pm at night.

I would really appreciate any help!

How expensive what would be? A taxi from JFK to 31st/9th? $45+toll and tip is the flat rate for a taxi from JFK to Manhattan, total fare for up to 4 people. I would never take a cab for this trip, though...your destination is very close to Penn Station, so you could save substantial money by taking the $5 AirTrain to Jamaica station and an LIRR train for about $9 to Penn.

I will be travelling from JFK to 1 Healthy Way, Oceanside, NY, and it will be a round trip on nov. 18, how do you think this will cost me?

Maybe this is a stupid question but... FROM Manhattan TO JFK, would it be the same rate with any yellow cab? Can you just hail it ?
Thanks !

Yes, you can hail a cab in Manhattan and it will cost you the same flat rate($45+toll) to JFK.

actually no, it will cost you the meter amount.
the flat rate only applies to trips FROM JFK to the city.

Just to clarify this - here is an exempt from TLC web site(http://www.nyc.gov/html/tlc/html/passenger/taxicab_rate.shtml):

"For trips between (to and from) Manhattan and JFK International Airport, the flat fare is $45.00 plus any tolls using Rate Code 2 on the meter. A NY State Tax Surcharge of $.50 will be added to each trip. "

So the flat rate applies both ways. Only on yellow cabs.
