Hi, I will arrive at JFK in the morning and will like to get some directions on how to get to 828 second avenue by train from JFK? Also, I will need direction for what train to get on for a return trip back to JFK. About how long is the trip going to be so I can plan accordinly so as not to miss my flight. Thank you very much for your response.

Take Airtrain from any terminal on track 1 to Jamaica Station( be careful - on that track there are two alternating trains going to different routes; check the sign above the doors as the train arrives; the red colored sign is Jamaica one). Then take subway line E to Lexington Ave stop and transfer to line 6 going downtown. Get off next stop - Grand Central Station.Cost-$7.25/passenger. Walk four blocks east on E42nd street till you reach 2nd ave and make left. The address is right at that intersection.
It takes around 1hr and 15 min - 1hr and 30 min.
Follow the reverse instructions to come back to JFK( at Lexington Ave stop you will take line E going towards Jamaica and get off at Sutphin Blvd stop).

I am Landing in JFK at 10PM, 15th of May. How can I go to Kingston,MA by bus? From where, which number bus, and how much it costs? Thank you

Getting to Kingston, MA - you probably have to take either Amtrak to Boston or bus to Boston and then some local transportation to Kingston(I am not familiar with that).
If I am not mistaken there is a Peter Pan bus (leaves out of PA bus terminal in Manhattan) that stops at Kingsbury Plaza in Kingston. Check out www.peterpanbus.com for more details.
