Hola. Buenas tardes.
Atentamente
Sandra Perez

Your site is difficult to manage and don't know whether you are even getting this request. I wrote on 2nd February reporting the loss of a pair of reading glasses in a red case left in gate 5 in terminal 1 on January 31st at 9 pm at night. I forgot to put my email address which is bf.brown@tiscali.co.uk and our telephone number 0044 1223 812283. We are undergoing an insurance claim and want to be positive we won't get the glasses back before we go ahead. We are willing to pay the mailing charge.

I traveled from JFK to SFO aboard Virgin America Flight #27 on Monday Jan. 25, 2016 out of Terminal 4. I lost my phone somewhere between the street/curb and security checkpoint. After spending the better part of 45 minutes trying to locate it i had to go. Has it been turned in? Has anyone found it?
It's a Samsung Galaxy5 black phone, with blue casing on the sides and black back.
it should be locked but the background is a persona; picture/ a photo-grid collage of photos.

i would like if it's possible to walk from terminal 5 to terminal 4.
as an alternative i would like to know how long does the airtrain from terminal 5 all the way to terminal 4

it takes less than five minutes. Do not walk. Take the Tram

I dropped my passport at terminal 8 gate 1 close to food area on November 27, 2015 flight AA291. I receive a message from American airlines that it was found...however it was never delivered to the lost and found number they had left for me to call to retrieve lost item.
Am still waiting to locate this passport. email me at vassell124@yahoo.com
