I had most terrible experience at customs/immigrations area around 9pm Oct 9 2012. The custom/immigrations area was so crowded as usual since two or more international flights were arrived at the same time and the roomful passengers were already queing. Almost one hour later we, party of three including my kid daughter could stand in front of the booth where the officer was in there. In the procedure of custom thing with the former passenger, the officer took him to somewhere in the back office and has gone for a while, maybe 10 more minutes. I looked around and found the sevice person who helped to process the passenger in line and asked for my family including my kid to move another booth. He was so rude to say"You are not waiting that long. I was watching you." and with threatening voice he shouted "Back to your line and you three make ONE line" I said, "we are family" but he kept shouting in front of my kid "MAKE ONE LINE!" Did he think we were in the military training or deportee camp and he were the superior? How rude and humiliating!!! As long as this kind of service not being corrected, JFK still be the number 1 in the intl' passengers avoiding airport list. Normally it should be fine but we will flight on July 7th (Saturday) and I guess the airport will be full that day. Thanks
