Check-in Time
For international flights, all the airlines say that you MUST get to the airport and check-in 3 hours before takeoff. Is that true, even if you have no check-in luggage?

I will fly the terminal A from Boston to terminal 3, JFK airport . After that, I have to transmit from terminal 3 to terminal 7 in order to catch the flight to Vietnam of ANA air flight. So what is the fastest way that I can go from terminal 3 to terminal 7??

question about airport transfer
About 10 passengers will arrive JFK airport on May 16th at 7.10 am by TG 792 at terminal 4, we all need to go to terminal 8 to catch a flight American airline AA4766 leaving JFK at 12.20 to Toronto, Canada.
1. Do we need to get the luggages for custom check at JFK?
2. Can we re check-in the luggages for american airlines flight at terminal 4?
3. How can we get to terminal 8 from terminal 4? Is there a shuttle bus or train? How far is it from terminal 4 to terminal 8? How long does it take to get to terminal 8 (from terminal 4)?
4. Should we have enough time to connect the flight?

we will be arriving on delta at 3.35 pm at terminal 3. i have go terminal 4 for emirates with my baby and 4 1/2 years old boy.how can i go with all my laggage and my kids.pls guide me how i have go if any helping assistance is available.

I'm coming at 6 p.m. on the 6 of June to the terminal 2 and I have flight at 5 p.m on the next day to Denver. Is it possible to leave laggage in the laggage storage for 24 hours?

We have 2 clients will arrive at JFK Apt by TG 792 at 07.10AM on 03 May'08 Terminal 4. On the same day, they will take flight to Rochester by DL 6028 at 09.15 by Terminal 3. WE have some questions as below: -
* How far away from Terminal 4 to Terminal 3?
* Is there Shuttle?
* They arrive to JFK at 07.10AM on 03 May'08 and will take flight to Rochester at 09.15hrs on the same day. Plase advise us that clients can connect flight from New York to Rochester as they have time only 2 hours 15 minutes.
