Take any train on track 2 from terminal 8 to terminal 7.

I live in Pennsylvania and will need to take bus and train to Penn Station then airtrain to JFK. My problem is ....to get my flight I will have to take a train the previous evening and hang out during the night until my flight comes. Will I be able to sit in the airport for like 6-8 hours before my flight...possible 12 hours. I hate to do this but I have no other options at this point. I am taking an international flight.

Dont see why not. The only available terminal overnight is terminal 4 at JFK Airport and you wont have to worry about security bothering you there.

I will be able to hop on the airtrain to get to my terminal if it is different then 4? Thank you for your previous answer also.

Yes.

I have booked Cathay flight from HK to NYC, arrive JFK(terminal 7) at morning 7am, and need to catch AA flight which take off at 0935 am(terminal 8), am i able to catch the flight if I need to take my bag, clear custom and immigration, and re-check the bag at AA counter, check in the domestic flight(to Miami)?? How long does it take from Term. 8 to 7?

thank you!

Yes you will be able to catch that flight with your time frame. Take an air train on track 2 from Terminal 8 to Terminal 7. Less than one minute trip.

Will airtrain schedule be the Thusrday schedule? (Trains several times an hour?) if not, where do I find the holiday schedule?

Yes it is running 24/7 regardless.

Hi, I'm arriving with Delta from Los Angeles to T3 at 5.05pm and need to cacht the connection to Milan Malpensa at 6.10pm from T4.Do you think I can make it in time? thanks in advance for your reply!

It will be very tight. Make sure your luggage is checked all the way through and you have boarding passes printed out in LA. Once you arrive at T3 take an air train on track 1 to terminal 4. If your flight is on time you will make it if not you may miss your connection.

I'm flying in on Delta from the UK with a connection to Washington DC. I realise that I will need claim my checked luggage and go through customs at JFK but wondered if it's possible to re-check your luggage just after customs to save lugging it to the other Delta terminal for the domestic flight. I have plenty of time to transfer but the bags might be heavy for me.

Newark Liberty has a clever arrangement where you drop your checked luggage just outside the customs hall for transfer to your connecting flight. So you can catch the train to the next terminal without the bother of heavy suitcases.

Does JFK do this?

Thanks

No.
