Rule of thumb is two hours prior to domestic flight, 3 hours prior to international flight. It also depends what time the Jet Blue check-in counter opens in the morning!

I am moving from Terminal 5 to terminal 4 with luggage; and I am unable to walk due to a recent surgery. Can I pre-arrange or arrange on site a golf cart shuttle from Terminal 5 to Terminal 4?
