I will arrive at JFK on next Thursday and would like to know how I can get to Queensboro Plaza Station subway terminal in Long Island city using the AirTrain and subway.

Thanks and would appreciate your help.

regards
Mae

Take Airtrain from any terminal , on track 1 to Jamaica Station. Then transfer to subway E; transfer to Manhattan bound 7 train at Roosevelt Av. stop then get off at Queensboro Plaza stop.

I will arrive next thursday to JFK and I'd like to know how I can get the Hyatt Hotel located in Secaucus,NJ. I tried supershuttle site, but their price is too expensive. They charge 300 US$ for 2 people !!!!

You could take a taxi, cost would probably be around $100+. Ask the hotel is they have a shuttle from the Secaucus Junction train station and if they do, you can take the NYAS express bus to Penn Station, or Airtrain from terminal to Jamaica Station and either E subway or LIRR to Penn Station. Then take pretty much any NJ Transit train to Secaucus Junction, total cost around $20. If no hotel shuttle you can still take a cab from station to hotel.

I am reaching JFK via Penn Stn in morning. I have a flight QATAR air at 11.30 pm-night. Is there is facility to keep my luggage for 7-8 hours? or is early check-in possible at QATAR airways counter. Also is there any sight seeing tour for newyork starting and ending at JFK airport for 4-5 hours

I need information about transportation from the JFK airport to Newport in Jersey City on 19th around 08:00 am.
Are there shuttles in that direccion: Can you provide me cost and time of transportation.
Thank You

Ask at Ground Transportation counter about shuttle service and cost to Jersey City. You can also take public transportation; take Airtrain from terminal to Jamaica Station, transfer to either E subway (7.25 includes Airtrain) or LIRR ($8.50 Sunday "city ticket" and Airtrain) to Penn Station. Follow signs to PATH train (6th Ave. & 33rd St.) and take the blue/yellow PATH train (Journal Sq. via Hoboken-Sunday service) to Pavonia/Newport station.

Hi,

I arrive at JFK around 9.40pm. Can you suggest travel options to get to Mt Laurel New Jersey? Thanks!

Check at the Ground Transportation counter, I think Dave's Best Limo Service goes to the Philly area. Otherwise you could take Amtrak from Penn Station to Philly and then the NJ Transit Atlantic City Line train which stops at Cherry Hill, closest stop to Mt. Laurel.

I need some help for a business partner traveling through New York.

He will be spending the day based around EWR (in the night before and out next morning) on Tuesday, 28 Sep 2010, so his time is flexible.

The people he needs to meet with will be arriving at JFK that morning. They need to meet from 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm at a place yet to be determined, and need to check back in for their departing flight at 6:45 pm that evening.

Where can they meet (a lounge @ JFK, a meeting place in Queens) that will allow for those times ??

Sorry, we don't know the NY airports or city well enough to get a handle on this.

Thanks for any thoughts.

Your purposal for your partner makes no sense in terms of timing.

EWR is Newark International Airport in New Jersey.

To be at or around JFK for 3:30 to 5:30 meeting, and to be back by at EWR for 6:45 flight is almost impossible to achieve during the rush hours, unless you want to have a five minute meeting. It would take at least hour and half between JFK to EWR, but could take as much as two and a half hour depending upon the traffic and cost a lot of money, almost $100 dollars each way in a taxi cab. It will cost significantly less in public shuttle or transport but you can add two hours to your commute, easily.

Why don't you just have your partner fly into the JFK to avoid all the drama, even if it might cost a little extra for your partner to fly into JFK, and the hotels/motels around each airports are almost equal in terms of cost.

Good luck
Dorian

p.s. I won't be chekcing back on this website, I just logged in to book a shuttle.

I will arrive at the JFK airport at 19:00.

Is the SUPER SHUTTLE the best way to go from JFK to Club Quarters Midtown 40 West 45th?

Thank you.

Is there a shuttle service that will take me round trip to Fairfield suites in Somerset NJ? If so, what would the cost be for round trip service? I arrive around 8pm thursday 9-16 and leave friday 7pm.Thanks

What is the cheapest and best way to get from JFK to the 306 West 94th street in NYC ?

Taxi is flat rate $45+tolls+tip to anywhere in Manhattan. Cheapest is by Airtrain/subway ($7.25); take Airtrain from your terminal to Howard Beach Station, take Manhattan-bound A subway to 59th St., transfer to the uptown 1, 2 or 3 subway to 96th St. Walk south on Broadway to 94th St. and turn right.
