Hello.. looking to get to 14th street & B avenue from JFK. Please advise on the best route, preferably via airtrain/subway.. Thanks!

Take AirTrain to Howard Beach Station, take inbound A subway to Broadway Junction, transfer to inbound L subway to 14th St (1st Ave), walk east on 14th St towards the East River.

How is the best way to get to DC from JFK? Cheapest?

Arriving at JFK on Fri Nov 19th at approx 11am, and looking to get a train from Penn Station at 3:30pm. What is the travel time via subway from JFK to Penn? Just wondering if, allowing for clearing immigration and customs I'll have time to make it.

Travel time on the E subway from Jamaica Station via AirTrain from your terminal is about one hour. Faster but a bit more expensive is LIRR from Jamaica Station; it's only 20 minutes and there are frequent trains from Jamaica to Penn Station. Looks like you have enough time to make a 3:30pm train.

The cheapest and easiest way.. Airtrain to Jamaica. Follow signs to Manhattan bound E Train, take it to Penn station.

This route isn't quite as cheap as subway but will require less of a walk (10.75 off-peak, $13 peak including AirTrain): take AirTrain from terminal to Jamaica Station, take the LIRR to Atlantic Terminal-Brooklyn, at Hanson Pl walk across Flatbush Ave, then across Atlantic Ave and 4th Ave will begin, walk south on 4th Ave to Sackett St. By subway ($7.25 including AirTrain): take AirTrain to Howard Beach Station, take A subway to Hoyt-Schermerhorn, exit to Bond St. and walk south on Bond to Atlantic Ave, turn left and walk to 4th Ave, turn right and walk to Sackett St.

What is the easiest or the cheapest way to Port authority from JFK?or is there any shuttle bus to 7400 River RD, North Bergen?

Hi, arriving in NY JFK for the first time next month for a short stay. Is it easy to find the Shuttle ($18.50 per person)at Ground Transportation(Welcome Center) counter? This looks like the best and most inexpensive way for 2 people to get to a Brooklyn Bridge hotel.
