Take Airtrain from your terminal to Jamaica Station, then take the E subway to 7th Ave. and transfer to the Bronx-bound B subway to 103rd St. Walk north on Central Park West to W. 106th St. and turn left, $7.25 total cost and should take between 1 and 1-1/2 hours. Taxi will cost $50+tip.

Hi everyone. I'll be arriving in JFK airport at 3 PM and I need some help in getting the best way to arrive to The Belvedere Hotel (319 West 48th. Street- NY 10036). Thanks.

Hi!
I will be flying from NY to Richmond, but I will be getting to NY by train (NY Penn Station) Which is the best way to get to the airport? (Im travelling with 3 suitcases)Thks in adv.

Taxi is flat rate $45+tolls+tip. NYAS express bus from Penn Station to JFK is $15. You can take the E subway or LIRR to Jamaica and Airtrain from there to terminals but it would be tough with 3 suitcases!

How do I get to 79th St subway station and how long does it take from JFK with my big suitcase?

How long might it take to take AirTrain from Terminal 3 (domestic flight) to Int'l flight departing from Terminal 4 (seems AirTrain goes the other way)? Also, same for return coming off Int'l flight at Terminal 4 and departing domestic flight at Terminal 7?

Hi

I am getting in to JFK at 0600hrs on Air India flt from Delhi. At 0825hrs I have connection on American airlines flt to DC. I have 2 and half hours to clear immigrations, customs and transfer from terminal 4 to terminal 8. How do I do this and which is the best way to transfer between terminals. Also is there away to get my baggage from Terminal 4 to 8 or would I have to take it with me on a luggage trolley? I will be having three bags.

Hi, I will need to get from JFK to Katonah Ave in the Bronx. Does anyone know which trains to take??

By subway take Airtrain from terminal to Jamaica Station, transfer to the E subway to 42nd St., transfer to the Bronx-bound #2 subway and get off at 233rd St. Walk west on 233rd St. to Katonah Ave. and turn right.

Hi. If someone could just check this.

Arrive lunchtime JFK Terminal 4. Need to get to West 85th Street/West End Avenue using public transport.

So I thought: Airtrain (Track 1) to Howard Beach. Get on the A to Columbus Circle then transfer to the 1 uptown, get off at 86th street then walk. All Good? Thanks.

I will be flying into JFK @ 5:30pm on a Monday. I need to reach 2178 Broadway, New York, NY 10024. I would greatly appreciate any advice on the best most cost effective way to travel there. Thank you.

I think I figured it out! Thanks anyway!

Cheapest is by Airtrain/subway ($7.25); take Airtrain from terminal to Jamaica Station, transfer to E subway to 42nd St., transfer there for the uptown #1 subway and get off at 79th St. Walk down Broadway two blocks to your location. Taxi will cost $50+tip.

Could you let me know if there is the bus from JFK airport to Washington DC?

Nothing direct from JFK to DC. You need to go to Penn Station to catch the Vamoose bus, Boltbus or Megabus or Amtrak train to DC. Bus is cheaper than train. Take the NYAS express bus to Penn Station from your terminal.
