You can inquire about shuttle services to Rye at Ground Transportation. By train you can take the MTA-Metro North/New Haven line train from Grand Central Station to Rye and local transportation from there to hotel. NYAS express bus to Grand Central is also located at Ground Transportation. Or by subway take AirTrain from terminal to Jamaica Station, transfer to E subway to Lexington/53rd St, transfer to the downtown #6 subway to 42nd St/Grand Central.

I will be arriving at JFK via AA on December 12th at 10:40pm and need to go to NJ, 2600 TONNELLE AVENUENORTH BERGEN, NUEVA JERSEY 07047 . Public transportation (underground) seems like the cheapest for the long ride. I will be carrying a small luggage.

Could someone please tell me which line to take from JFK and where to connect. We need to go to The Best Western Convention Centre.

Take AirTrain from terminal to Jamaica Station, transfer to inbound E subway to 42nd St, walk south on 8th Ave to 38th St and turn right, hotel is between 10th & 11th Aves.

Hello , I will arrive at JFK on Nov. 17th at 3:30 pm how to reach to Path train to Pavonia stattion at New Jeresy.

Thanks,

Take AirTrain from terminal to Jamaica Station, transfer to either LIRR (faster than subway and trains have overhead luggage racks) or E subway to Penn Station, walk to PATH station at 6th Ave/33rd St, take the PATH-Yellow train to Pavonia.

HAVE 4 AND 7 YEAR OLD IS THERE A CHARGE TO RIDE AIRTRAN

No charge to ride AirTrain between terminals, rental cars and long term parking. $5 per person to Howard Beach or Jamaica.

I am landing at JFK on December and wondering the best way to get to Washington,DC (by bus and how to get the bus to Washington DC from JFK)

Boltbus and Megabus depart from outside Penn Station to DC. You can take the NYAS express bus from all terminals to Penn Station or AirTrain from terminal to JFK and either LIRR or E subway to Penn Station.

I will be arriving at JFK via Jet Blue on December 11th at 8:40am and need to be in Manhatten by noon. Public transportation (underground) seems like the quickest given traffic at that time of year. I've read on line that a bus is not necessary and you can walk to the commuter rail (200 ft) from the Airtrans stop. Is this correct? I will not be carrying any luggage.

You can take AirTrain on track 1 from your terminal to Jamaica Station, from there you have a few alternatives depending on where in Manhattan you are heading; E subway to midtown (west along 53rd St and then down 8th Ave to lower Manhattan-World Trade Ctr), J subway to lower Manhattan and LIRR to Penn Station (33rd St/7th & 8th Aves).

Hi! I want to get from JFK Airport to La Quinta Inn, Long Island City, NY.11101 (at Queens). We are landing at terminal 4

Take AirTrain on 3rd floor of T4 to Jamaica Station, transfer to the E subway to Roosevelt Ave/Jackson Hgts, transfer to the inbound #7 subway to 33rd St/Rawson St. Walk 1/2 block to Queens Blvd and turn right, go about five blocks to the hotel. You can also take a taxi direct to hotel from JFK, fare is about $35.

Thank you for the information. It is very useful.
Bless!
