Early (earlier that 6:00am) pick-up of luggage is possible.
Price list (as of May 1st,2010) for baggage storage only at the facilities at Terminal 1 and Terminal 4.
The prices are per bag, per 24 hours:
Up to 20" - $4
21" - 24" - $6
25" - 26" - $8
27" - 32" - $11
Other(non standard bags, skis etc) - $16

Yes, you can store them for 5 days - just check the work hours of the facility at T1(it is not 24/7 operated).

Arriving at 7:00 AM to JFK with scheduled next flight with JetBlue on 7:00 PM...
Can I check-in our luggage or should I store it. Where is the most convenient place to do I do it?

Double check with Jet Blue if you can check-in 12 hours in advance. If not , use the luggage storage at T4.

Storing Luggage
We'll be arriving in New York the morning of Oct. 7 via the Queen Mary 2. We have a departing flight to Denver on Delta airlines flight
0167 at 6:59 pm. What Terminal will we be able to store our luggage in order to do a little sight seeing in New York prior to our departure, and what would the cost be.

The most convenient luggage storage is the one at T4. Your Delta flight will be departing most likely from Terminal 2 or 3. Use Airtrain to move between the terminals.

Luggage storage
Hi,
We are coming to JFK from Miami by Delta Airlines at 10.00 a.m. Our next flight by Aerosvit Ukrainian Airlines to Kiev is at 19.00 p.m. Shall we be able to register our luggage just in the morning as soon as we come from Miami or should we put it to a storage? If only the second variant is available then at which terminal it is better to put our luggage to a storage?

Aerosvit will not open their counters for check-in until 3-4 pm. The luggage storage that you can use is the one at T4(since Aerosvit is located there).

Yes, everybody can store their luggage in the luggage storage. You should speak with the airline if they will allow you to do so in their business lounge.
