I arrive at newark at 10:30pm from Boston. I have a flight to Bogotá at 01:25am. But it has taken me more than 1 hora to leave the airport due to traffic. I am going to miss the flight. I need to contact Avianca directly at the counter. How can I do that?

I am flying into JFK via Air Royal Maroc (terminal 1), then connecting to Delta (terminal 3) today.
I have 2 hours to make my connections. Once I go through customs, do I have to go outside security and re-check in? What is the fastest way to get between the terminals. Thank you.

Good afternoon. Please, my mother lost her suitcase somewhere inside the airport, it was about 2 months ago. I've called before, but nobody called back to tell me if it was found or not. Returning from Cuba on a Treasury-issued visa, I came through TSA security in Terminal 5 (Jet Blue) on Wednesday, December 5 at noon carrying a cardboard poster tube that I laid on the scanner belt. In haste I left without it; it didn't come with my other belongings. I didn't realize this until after I had taken off.

I have checked with Jet Blue Lost and Found and am so heartsick. If anyone finds this tube with no ID, there is a poster advertising my son's concert in NYC at Frank Sinatra School for the Performing Arts. There are movie posters and propaganda posters from Cuba.

I will pay $750 reward for the return of these posters, no questions asked. They aren't valuable, only meaningful to me personally.
