JFK Airport Parking Information
You can use two different types of parking at JFK airport:
Long-Term JFK Airport Parking
Located at Lefferts Blvd, 4 miles from CTA
AirTrain services link parking with the terminals.
Parking rates
$18 for up to 24 hours
$6 for each 8-hour period over first 24 hours
Daily JFK Airport Parking
Green parking - Terminals 1,2,3
Blue parking - Terminal 4
Yellow parking - Terminals 5 & 6
Orange parking - Terminal 7
Red - Terminals 8 & 9
Parking rates
$3 for the first half hour
$6 for up to 1 hour
$3 for each additional half hour, up to $33 maximum each 24-hour period

How much will it cost if I park from 4/9 (8am) till 4/10 ( 1:30pm) and leave from Jet Blue?
Short term parking in Yellow
Short term parking in Yellow Parking across from the Jet Blue terminal will cost you around $65. Long term parking will cost you around $25 and you'll need to take AirTrain to terminals.

Leaving 4/16 - 4/23 - do you have to make a reservation if you show up at 6am?

Cell Phone Lot
I've seen this at other airports where you can park in a cell phone lot (short term) at no charge. Does JFK have one , If so, where is it located ?

i have a question about airport long term parking.I Have seen there are othere options to airport long term parking unguarded but are there other lots close by that will patrol or watch our vehicles and how can we know if they are legit.....we are driveing from ga just to catch our flight in may and want to know that when we leave we are in good responsable hands...thanks
The long term parking lot on
The long term parking lot on JFK airport property is patrolled, and near the AirTrain station with access to/from terminals. Off-site parking may be cheaper but requires a shuttle and service is not always regular or reliable. AirTrain runs every 10-15 minutes 24/7.

It's $18 per day in long term parking, so for 18 days this would cost you $324. It would be cheaper in the long run to take a taxi or public transportation.

LT parking to Jet Blue
Taking a flight out of Jet Blue this friday at 5:30pm for 3 days. How much time will it take if we parking in LTP to get into terminal? Is there a specific lot we should look for other than one that says LT Parking? I guess we need to take airtrain? tx.
