I have a jet blue flight out of Terminal 5 tomorrow at 1 going to Las Vegas, when can i safely expect the flight to not be cancelled? should i just hold my breath or at what time can i breathe easily?

I'd like to know the easiest transfer from terminal 7 to terminal 5. Is there a shuttle or something? Or can I walked from terminal 7 to terminal 5?
