Hello.
I teach in a Spanish School of Architecture and this April I would like to visit with my students the old TWA Terminal, the one by Eero Saarinen. I would like to know if it will be open to the public then. Otherwise, is there any way to arrange a visit for them?
Thank you

Call school authorities please.
BG

School authorities? I don't understand why. As I said, I need information of your T5: Is the old TWA building open to the public or not? Jetblue doesn't know anything about it and your airport phone number just let me to leave a recorded message that nobody answers afterwards. I've been phoning from Spain dozens of times. Please, help me.

Please calm down and call your school authorities please.

Garcia.Hermida,
do not pay attention to people like JFK_Specialist_...(Yes, we know who you are, your IP address has been recorded despite posting under different name).
Here are some e-mail addresses and phone numbers you may call in regard of your request. Just FYI, the building is maintained by Port Authority of New York and New Jersey and all the inquires can be directed to them. All the mentioned info is taken out of their official web site(http://www.panynj.gov/contact/contact-us.html#cAirports):

Hope this helps.

Does T6 have old fashioned mags or are scanners the only option?

Both.

Dear JFK employee,

I will be landing first time at JFK airport from international flight at terminal-4. My connecting flight is Jet Blue after 2:30 hours of my landing. May i know how to catch the domestic flight as i cannot see terminal number in my ticket for the domestic flight.

Thanks in advance,

You should say Dear JFK Specialist
Now as far as your question is concerned here is my answer
Your JetBlue flight will be out of terminal 5. Use air train to transfer from terminal 4 to terminal 5. Upon arrival in the U.S you will have to go through U.S Customs and Immigration and recheck your bags for your domestic flight. Watch the gate number on your boarding pass which you will enter to clear security before your flight.

This would be my first time to JFK and getting connecting flights in the USA.

Im coming into Terminal 4 from the UK and need to get to Terminal 5 for Jet blue.

Do need to collect my luggage from Terminal 4 before proceeding to Terminal 5 as I am come from outside the USA or will my luggage automatically be taken to the JetBlue plane?

And do I need to get transport to move between each of these Terminals?

Thanks for your help

Yes you have to go through U.S Customs and you will need to use air train to transfer between terminals.

Dear sir or madam, could u tell me how to get from terminal 5 to terminal 1 and how long will it take to transfer between this 2 terminals?
I've 2 luggage, do I have to pick it when I reach there before I catch another flight or you will take it to another flight for me? The flights belong to 2 different complanys, Jet blue and eastern china airlines.
Thank for helping.

Simple. Use air train on the third floor of terminal 5 and get to terminal 1 in between 5 to 10 minutes. It is fast and free.

I am an architecture student and I would like to know if it is possible to visit the terminal 5
Thank you

Yes it is possible to visit terminal 5.
