Waiting on American Airlines and my mother was visabily sick. They did nothing to help nor did they get us a wheelchair for over an hour. Worst airport ever. DO NOT request a wheelchair. Not only were they rude but they completely ignored us. Thanks American Airlines

I was at the Security Check at Terminal 8 around 4.15-4.30pm On Dec 31st and I forgot the phone in one of the trays where you put your hand luggage to be scanned. It is gold, with a golden case around it that has some glitter stones on the backside and it is probably off as the battery was very low.
Two of my friends are travelling to my home from NYC on Jan 2nd around 6pm and could bring it with Them in case it is found.

I am writing to seek for help that my boss has lost a red metal box which has 2 USD cards inside, she has taken CX845 flight departed from New York to Hong Kong in Terminal 8 on 28 Nov at 0055,
I shall be obliged if you kindly take action to trace and recover the lost stuff.

Air Berlin lost my baggage on Monday/Tuesday flight, during connection in NY, no customer service, no information provided, nobody is looking for it and the phone above is constantly busy. Four days later - still no trace of my suitcase.
