Hi
We are arriving on Copa flight 830 to JFK arrivnig at terminal 4 at 150pm and needs to go through immigration and customs to take flight LH 411 at 530pm that departs from terminal 1, is there enough time to make the transfer?

I am arriving on Delta, Terminal 3, and I assume I have to get my luggage from arrival, then go to Terminal 8 to check in at LAN, go thru security again and depart on LAN for Argentina. I booked the airline flights this way separately as there were no connections/flights to JFK and then to Argentina.

Have I created a nightmare? there are 4 hrs between arrival/departure flights at JFK.

I need to get from terminal 5 to terminal 7 - how long will it take me and is there a shuttle of some sort?

Hello, my daughter will be on JetBlue flight from Boston arriving into JFK terminal 5 at 9 20pm
JFK - Dubai - Bangalore flight leaves from terminal 4 at 11pm.
Is this enough time (under 2 hours) to make the onward connection?

Her bags will be checked for the entire journey -
Boston -NY- DuBai - Bangalore.

Can I enter at terminal 2 to check my bags even if I have a flight that leaves from terminal 3?

I understand that terminal 2 and 3 are connected and that it doesn't matter which terminal I use.

Is that correct?

My understanding all lockers at all airports has been removed since 9-11. We will have carry-on bags we do not want to take with us on our 6hours layover for a quick tour of WTC on our return flight from Italy to Seattle.

My questions, does American Airlines at Terminal 8 at the customer desk or baggage claim can "babysit" our carry-on bags for a few hours? If not, any suggestions?

We will be travelling from Prague (under the Visa Waiver Programme) to Raleigh, NC, transfering at JFK. We will have 2:05 hours between the two flights to get through immigration and customs and since we are travelling with a one year old baby, I am wondering if this will be enough. I have cheched the map and it seems that we should both arrive and depart from gate 3, but does that even matter? Where exactly is the customs located? Should we apply for Global Entry? I wasnt able to find it on the map. Also, will we have to claim and recheck our luggage if the connecting flight was booked and bought together with the international one? Hello, we arrived from Las Vegas at 6 am to JFK and our next flight is at 7 pm to Madrid. The company is delta and we have the two flight associated, I mean we travel from Las vegas to Madrid. Can we go to the city and come back and check in again or we have to wait at the airport? Thanks

I arrive to JFK at 137, and from JFK i have an intenrational flight to istanbul on turkish airlines at 545...My question is, once I get to JFK from pittsburgh, will i have to get my baggage and recheck them in with turkish airlines, or will they go straight through?

Arriving into JFK from France on Delta, I have a connecting flight to Boston a few hours later (Delta).
1. Will I have to pick up my checked in luggage for customs clearance in JFK even if final destination is Boston (same airline)
2. If yes, after passing through customs, is it possible to forfeit my JFK-BOS leg and leave the airport ?

Hello,we arrive at T7 with BA (Feb 2012) at abt 16:00hrs. We have a connecting flight to Boston with Jet blue abt 17:55 from T5. If we check in online with Jet Blue in advance will we have enough time to collect our baggage and clear immigration at T7 then get to T5 (airtrain?)and get to the bagdrop and gate to make the flight? i'll ariive jfk in terminal 8 using american airlines(operated by royal jordanian) at4.30 pm and i have another flight (jet blue) departed from terminal 5 at 6.30 pm will i miss my flight or it will be enough time thank you.

I hope this is not a duplicate posting as I thought I just posted this. Due to a problem which UAL was not aware of regarding boarding passes at Egypt Air, we have a problem. We arrive at UAL gate in terminal 7 at 4:40. We need to get our boarding passes from EA by 5:30 in terminal 4.

Question: which track to we take to get from 7 to 4 and how long is the ride? I know we are in trouble but perhaps all will work--UAL early, train waiting for us, etc. Thanks for the advice. This is tomorrow

I am arriving at Terminal 8 onboard Qatar Airlines at 2:10 (14:10)with a connecting flight out of Terminal 4 at 4:55 (16:55). I have 2 hours and 45 minutes to clear Imigrations, collect my luggage, clear Customs, catch the tram, arrive at Terminal 4, Check in and re-check my luggage. Is that enough time? Would I be better off if I hired a porter to assist me with my luggage? I am worried that if I miss my flight, I may not be able to get another one out that day because many of the flights are fully bookked.
