within two hours of the time you pay your full fare with the same
MetroCard. If you pay your local bus fare with coins, ask for a
free magnetic-strip transfer to use on another local bus.
Reduced-Fare Benefits
You are eligible for reduced-fare
benefits if you are at least 65 years of age or have a qualifying
disability. Benefits are available (except on peak-hour express
buses) with proper identification, including Reduced-Fare
MetroCard or Medicare card (Medicaid cards do not qualify).

You can take the AirTrain
You can take the AirTrain from JFK to Jamaica ($5) then switch to the Long Island Railroad from Jamaica to NY Penn Station ($3.25 to $7.25 depending on time/day) then switch to the NJ Transit train to Newark Airport ($15). This is probably your fastest option. Or there's a bus you can take from JFK to Port Authority or Grand Central ($15) and switch to the bus to Newark (also $15). Traffic may make this option take longer.

get on to subway and reach grand central terminal in new york, from there metro north rail road operates to bridgeport, it costs approximately 10-15$ to bridgeport for a one way trip.
