I AM VERY UPSET FOR THE LOSS OF MY BELONGINGS

LOST MY NEW GARMIN GPS DEVICE KIT , WITH COMPLETE CAR CHARGER , THIS WAS IN A BLACK CARRY BOX .

I HAD BOARDED MY FLT FROM JFK AIRPORT NY ON 18 TH OF AUG 2011,

FLT NUMBER EK 0202

PNR NUMBER : G4YEU2

BAGGAGE TKT NUMBER : EK 288290.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS WAS MY HAND BAG AND WAS ASKED BY YOUR STAFF TO CHK IN AS LUGGAGE AS IT WAS A BIT OVER WT .

MY BAG WAS UNLOCKED AND ASKED TO BE LEFT ON COUNTER NUMBER 8 , AT YOUR CHK IN LUGGAGE COUNTER FOR XRAY .

ON REACHING BACK TO DEL I HAVE FOUND MY BAG TO BE OPEN AND MY GPS BOX MISSING .

THIS IS A SHAMEFUL ACT , AND GIVES A BAD NAME TO EMIRATES .

I TRUSTED EMIRATES AND ITS STAFF FOR ALL THESE YEARS

I AM VERY DISSAPOINTED , THE LOSS OIS FOR ABOUT USD $ 400.00 ( FOUR HUNDRED ONLY ) .

I DONT KNOW WHOM TO APPROACH AND SPEAK /COMPLAIN .

I am travelling from Ireland to JFK airport Sat 20th. I will be travelling with Ivf medication - prefilled injectible sealed syringes with needles- to sustain a very recent pregnancy-

I have been told by my consultant and pharmacist that these injectibles cannot be stored in the hold, since fluctuations in temp will destroy the proteins and must be in carry on luggage.

I have a customs letter from my consultant and a prescription- dublin Airport have been very helpful giving us a contact point to alert before we get through security in Ireland

Who can I contact at JFK- these meds are essential to maintaining early pregnancy.
I am very anxious about this matter- a response would be great.
