yes.there is a volunteer group of travelers assistance at teh ground transportation or research them at Travellers aid. not sure they can meet her before immigration/customs, they will confirm

Hi I will be travelling from Iceland via JFK to Jamaica, in march/april. I would like to ask if there is some kind of a waiting area,or a lounge in terminal 7 or 8, where I can wait for 5-6 hours?
