Hi - Could you help me find an Air France contact at JFK Terminal 1. I've left some property on the plane upon arrival this morning and got a message from Air France that they have found it, but I can't manage to contact them by phone. Central Air France number doesn't know it either. Is there a number I could call directly (Ticket office, lounge).

Hi,
I am flying into JFK next week arriving at Terminal 3 with Delta, flying out 5 days later from Terminal 1 with Air France,
is there a place I can store my luggage during those five days?
How much does it cost for one piece?

They took our snow globes at security. Is it possible to get these sent back to us? What do they do whith stuff they take from people at security??

Arriving AA from Reagan national DC at 19:50 then taking BA at 21:55from terminal 7 only have hand luggage. Would that allow for catching the connection and do I check in straight through from Reagan?

The Dept of Homeland Security claims to offer a "world class" service. Well at JFK it's third world service. Offensive, slow, meretriciously rudeness and total contempt for the customer. So if in transit take your business elsewhere. You don't have to suffer at the hands of little tyrants with no humanity or grace.

I am arriving at the JFK airport on american airlines flight from houston on aug 14th and my friend is arriving from canada on delta flight. I think our terminals will be terminal 8 and terminal 3 respectively. We both want to take a cab together to the city. What would be a good place to meet, or do those terminals exit at the same gate? also is there any terminal my friend can have access to, to get free wireless? Thanks!

Hi, I'm on a Delta flight to JFK landing at Terminal 3 @ 1214 and connecting to a flight to Heathrow with Virgin Atlantic at Terminal 3 @ 1815. Questions: (1) do I have to collect my luggage from one flight to the other? (2) how do I get from Terminal 3 to 4? (3) how long will it take to get from one terminal to the other? Many thanks!
